The design is pretty simple. There is a sleeve to hold the bullet. A cock ring that fits snugly with anal stimulator tail. I would have preferred a longer thicker tail for more stimulation, but this will be fine for beginners and easy to insert.

There is one button that turns on/off (press hold to turn off). Each push cycles through the various patterns and intensities.. The bullet slips snugly into a holding sleeve and stays in place during sex. Overall it's simple to use.

The intensity is ok. Not great, not terrible. About what you might expect from the size and battery type. If you require a lot of power this might not quite satisfy you.

Packaging is minimal, just a plastic sealed cello bag.

Personally, I found the cock ring to be too tight. I could not get it around my balls. Not enough stretch or leverage. I put it around the head of my cock as foreplay, but it's still tighter than I would like and would not find this comfortable to wear for longer sessions. I can't envision the tail being long enough to provide adequate penetration either.
