We've used penis pumps before but were intrigued by this toy as it really just focuses on the tip rather than the entire shaft. My husband has no problems with erections and is plenty big, but the idea of pumping up the glans got our brains working...

The HQ arrived in typical EF fashion - a larger unmarked brown box with the actual packaged toy inside. The smaller box was nondescript, just a white box with both the motor unit and the suction tip inside. It does require minimal assembly; just slip the rubber tubing onto the plastic extension of the cup, and you're good to go. Charging is also simple, utilizing the magnetic system we've grown to love. Plug it in, and the steady pulsating glow of the buttons tells you it's charging up. When the lights are constant, it's fully charged.

The handheld motor unit has three buttons on it...we think it's the same one used with the Engorgio, just a different color scheme. The center button is for power - hold it down, and the lights will come on, indicating it's ready for action. The bottom button controls the suction patterns, and the top button is the quick release.

The directions say to use this on a flaccid or semi-flaccid penis, but that's kinda hard to do if your partner knows what's coming! It did take a bit of lube, but the pump slipped around the head of his penis and stayed in place. Turning the pump on, we were surprised that it wasn't as much about the suction as it was the patterns. I think I imagined his glans getting pumped up into a giant purple lollipop, but really the suction just held the head in, lightly tugging on it rather than "inflating" it. I could tell by his face that cycling through the patterns resulted in various degrees and types of stimulation. He told me it was very much like I was sucking on him but also teasing his tip with my tongue. There are no moving parts to stroke the tip, so this must be accomplished by variations in the air pressure.
