Although the design is ok, it would be better if it went all the way around the man. The bullet is removable. An unusual part of this toy is that there is a remote. The ring is not adjustable but is really stretchy. My husband did not have any complaints of the ring being uncomfortable or pulling hair. It reaches either top or bottom, not both. The ring should fit most guys.
