Once my husband put the cock ring on we didn't have to worry about it falling off or sliding. It stayed in place the entire time and fit well. After using The Macho I washed it with warm water. It was very easy to clean. You can also clean it with a toy cleaner. Don't use any strong soaps or boiling water or you will ruin your cock ring. Being as it is made from a jelly material it can't be sterilized like other products. It doesn't say whether or not it is water proof so I would assume not. You can use a water based lube while using The Macho and you won't damage it. After cleaning the cock ring I put it back into the package it came in. You should store it in a cool dark place to prevent it from messing up.

The Macho came in a package that looks just like the example shown for this particular cock ring. The front of the package says the name of the cock ring and you can see it through the front of the package. It shows a man and woman in the background behind the cock ring. The back of the package tells you about the different things The Macho does. It pretty much looks like the front of the package except the back doesn't show the cock ring in hard plastic. It shows a picture of a vibrator with the cock ring slid over it. There were no directions with this toy and it was not exactly discreet looking.

For the price of this cock ring you can't go wrong. It is an excellent item to have in your toy collection and whether you are a beginner or a pro you will find it very fun and exciting. It is made so that both partners feel good and enjoy themselves.
