Our favorite part about this toy is that we both feel the vibrations but I wouldn't recommend using it as a couples toy. We ended up putting the toy aside because it wasn't very satisfying for us both to use at the same time. The toy was used solo and it seemed to be better especially with the battery life. It takes a little bit to get the toy positioned correctly then the vibration was not strong enough. When it is positioned correctly it works great. You could use this as a couples toy if the female was helping him but using it together at the same time was frustrating. I believe this toy is more of a teaser toy also. I fully charged the toy before using it but it was not satisfying and the charge did not last long enough.
