Red Hot Touch: Genital Massage for Women - dvd - review by Taylor

Red Hot Touch is a series of sexual education videos by New World Sex Education. The video is lead by Jaiya, a sexuality expert. The video takes a very holistic and spiritual approach that was very refreshing. It is definitely geared more towards couples, and while some of the techniques could be done solo, the intent is to have them performed by a partner.

The video goes through many different techniques to stimulate your female partner with. It goes through moves for both internal stimulation and externalstimulation and uses a variety of speeds, pressure, and types of touch to stimulate these areas. Throughout the video there are also tips about different techniques that might be better for certain people based on their individual anatomy. Jaiya also encourages exploration and really learning your partner's body, so this isn't a video that you need to follow exactly. It still acts as a nice guide for the massage session.

In the video Jaiya uses some fairly precise anatomical terms, so for people that are new to sex or just don't know their anatomy that well it may be a good idea to become familiar with it before watching the video. Information on different terms can be found here.

The models in the movie are not named. They appear to be couples and are quite attractive. All of the couples are heterosexual, however I don't get the feeling that the video meant to imply that homosexual couples could not use these techniques. The models all seemed to be having real reactions, and gave a very sesnual feel to the video.

For the main video you can watch it with narration and music, or with music alone. You can play it straight through or jump to a scene. The video had good quality sound and production values other than one or two places where it was loud for a second and gave us a startle.

At first I was a little dissapointed that the video was only 30 minutes long. Then when I went to look at the extra features and saw how much extra information was included, I was a lot more pleased. The segments were great and Jaiya covers a lot of information and gives great ideas for improving intimacy.

The extra segments include: Daily Tantric Practice, Sensual Space, Touch Skill, Sexual Trust, Female Orgasm, and Transmuting Sexual Energy.

There is also a behind the scenes segment about how the video came together and shows a little bit about Jaiya's vision for the series of videos. There are previews for other videos and a slide show as well.

I am a big fan of Jaiya and have been for quite awhile. She has a lot of great information on her website and has a very educational and interesting podcast that covers a lot of topics that relate to sexuality.

I really did not know what to expect with this DVD. I bought this along with another video in the series to help to incorperate some massage into our lovemaking. I am a massage therapist by profession and I tend to have a very clinical view on massage, so I was hoping this video might help me to bridge the gap between my sexual side and my massage side.

The video was wonderful and I felt very connected with my partner while we went through the video. It really felt like a sensuality class at the fraction of the cost. We really felt our hearts open up to one another in a way that I certainly was not expecting. Not all of the techniques in the video worked for me, in fact some of them even felt a little painful to me, but we did learn some new ones that worked great. The video also opened up a new interest in tantra which I hope my partner and I will continue to persue.

During the video I did not experience orgasms from the techniques used. It felt more like foreplay. It felt good and very connecting, but it isn't something I expect will expect to have an orgasm with in the future. However when my partner and I had sex after the video I was able to have much stronger orgasms due to all of the extra time and attention I was getting beforehand while we were doing the video.

I took away a lot of great information both from the main video and from the extra segments. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spice up their love life or connect with their partner.
