This is a thorough, hands-on guide to manual stimulation of the clitoris. It provides a variety of techniques designed to facilitate rapid orgasm in women. While it includes some information on stimulation for men, it focuses primarily on women. This may be because the authors assume that men wish to prolong their orgasm while women want to orgasm sooner in order to orgasm simultaneously during heterosexual intercourse. There are some prolonging techniques for men along with tips on manual stimulation for men. There is no information specifically geared toward same-sex couples or activities involving multiple partners.

This is a self-help book, not an academic one. The authors make lots of unsupported claims and I wished that they had provided more citations. In particular, they state that manual stimulation of the clitoris provides the most intense orgasm for women. I'm not sure that's true for every woman. That is the premise of this book and it is devoted to showing the reader how to give a woman an Extended Massive Orgasm (EMO) with manual stimulation techniques.

There isn't that much emphasis on facilitating rapid orgasm, though the title would lead you to expect that. There is an exercise called "Connections" that teaches the reader to stimulate the clitoris, then another part of the body simultaneously, such as the upper lip. After practicing this technique several times, the woman is able to orgasm quickly by stimulating the upper lip alone. This technique could have been expounded upon more.

It would have been nice if the authors had explored other ways to facilitate rapid orgasm, too. Use of changing tones of voice, for example, building associations between orgasm and a fragrance, garment or object could have been discussed, too. It's an interesting book filled with effective exercises but it could have done so much more.

Thank you for an in-depth review. I am curious, did you happen to try any of the techniques explained in the book? If so, did you find them helpful?
  • Contributor: Snappy
I'm familiar with most of the techniques described, including the Connections exercise. They are effective for me, but your mileage may vary, of course.

I don't really know any techniques so this seems interesting. You would think some vaginal/G-spot techniques might be included, though. Also, you mention that the author says clitoral orgasms are some of the strongest but, generally, opinion is that G-spot orgasm are most powerful.

There are a few general instructions about g-spot massage, but they describe the basic come-hither stroke that we're all familiar with.

Yes, and I'm not sure that I agree! Of course, I don't facilitate workshops that teach women to have Extended Massive Orgasms through manual stimulation of the clitoris, though.
