I personally would suggest this DVD for virgins or less experienced people. Although most of the positions are the "normal" positions, there are some great tips on how to make the experience different and/or better.

The video did not just tell you how to do positions, it also showed you how to get into the position. The
dialog of the video on the back of the case is accurate to the information coming from the video.

This DVD shows how to stimulate both the male and female before and during sex. Just as examples, it gives tips on how to make a female excited enough during sex to have an orgasm and how to prevent premature ejaculation.

The three couples demonstrate the positions and different techniques for a more satisfying intimate
love making session. Some people are visual learners and these actors really helped to show what the statements said.

This DVD has the option to watch the whole thing at once or segment by segment, which is a good feature if you
are already experienced with select positions, that way you don't have to be bored by the things you have already done.

This is a good learning video for anyone who is inexperienced. I personally knew all the positions that were shown; however, I was not familiar with some of the demonstrated techniques to stimulate the clit during sex, or with the ejaculatory delay techniques. Although the delay technique did not work for us the first time, we are still trying because let's face it, everyone wants it to last longer than it really does!

My husband and I attempted the 'Ejaculatory Delay Technique', which was a huge fail! We are still trying going to try it until we can figure out a way to make it work. We have yet to try the clit stimulating techniques during sex. Most of the positions we have done, and well let's just say, we do them often!
