I watched this video when I was first learning to use my Hitachi Magic Wand and when I first learned of Betty Dodson. Since that time, she has always had a special place in my heart.

The purpose of this film is to show women how to better understand their bodies, to show them what their bodies are capable of. Betty Dodson, the masturbation guru, shows five women between the ages of 26 and 62 how to
heighten sexual pleasure, all while being her warm, funny, gentle self.

Throughout the video you can see how passionate Betty is about helping women to achieve the ecstasy of orgasm. She comes across as very sex-positive and she speaks lovingly to all of the women she coaches. She focuses on teaching her clients how breathing, movement, and sound can heighten sexual pleasure.

During the video Betty instructs her clients in using clitoral stimulation, vibrators and dildos under Betty's guidance. She does hands-on coaching while teaching techniques like slow penetration, squeezing the PC muscles rhythmically, rocking the pelvis, breathing aloud, and making sounds of pleasure. Though the video is quite explicit, it's noteworthy that this is not considered "porn". It's an educational video. However, the energy you see onscreen is authentic and you might be carried along by that when you're watching these women.

Betty talks to her clients a lot about knowing their bodies, loving their bodies, and shows them techniques on how to enhance partnersex. She shows one woman where her clitoris is, another she helps to achieve multiple orgasms. She meets women where they're at. Her respect for women comes through clearly and I couldn't help but become fond of Betty while she helped women achieve something so deeply moving and personal. She invokes a woman's trust easily and I found myself wanting to meet her.

I bought my Hitachi Magic Wand at the same time that I got this video to watch. The techniques I learned in this video I still use during masturbation and partnersex. The video was integral to my becoming the sexual being I was meant to be. I am deeply indebted to Betty for the work she does.

I still love this video though I do not currently own it. If I had a friend who was unable to achieve orgasm, or who was uncomfortable with her body or her sexuality, I would point her towards this video in a heartbeat. It will always be a video I rave about and think fondly of.
