This book is a big help. Thanks Eden!

For me, I have issues giving oral sex to spouse sometimes, because that was part of what happened and I was forced to do when I was assaulted, so this book is very helpful and I plan on showing this to my husband, so he can do that in a better way. He's never been rude about it, but it did help me with how to better get passed that part of the trauma I had been through 6 years ago. I really hope this book helps everyone who needs to read it.

Experience
If you've been through sexual abuse, trauma, or sexual assault in your life at all and it's effected your sex life in a negative way then this book will help you to understand your feelings in a bigger picture on how to best deal with them as a survivor and to make yourself more comfortable with masturbation, oral sex, and anal/vaginal sex as you feel comfortable with.

This book has a lot of excellent information that will help you and can help your significant other understand what you need to work through to be confident and feel okay with doing some/all things sexually with them. I still have a hard time sometimes, but hopefully this book will help me more with things.
