It's primary use is as a masturbation or hand-job aid, but will also work for breast play, foot-jobs, and other external play. I experienced no greasy feeling, but in it's cream form it can seem a bit sticky. Reapplication is usually not needed but I would caution that handling the tube with the cream on your hand can be messy and slightly difficult.
