The intended use for this product is to prolong male erection during sexual intercourse and to help prevent premature orgasm. It would be suggested to not use too much of this cream or too often (I would assume).

The cream has the same consistency as a thick lotion, or maybe a less greasy sore muscle cream. It's white, slick, and rubs in well. It's not gritty or coarse and if you've ever used lotion, the consistency will be very familiar.

The smell is actually almost pleasant, kind of creamy, sweet even. I didn't try the taste, primarily because if it's intended to be a numbing agent, I wouldn't want to get any in my mouth (I've had unpleasant experiences at the dentist). Perhaps I'll be brave enough to taste it in the future.

The package directions tell one to apply the cream to the head of the penis 10 minutes before sex and that one can wash it off with water if desired. I applied the cream (a pea-sized amount was suggested) and waited ten minutes. I didn't feel any different at all. I didn't feel like I was missing out on sensations, or like I was numb in any way. However, there didn't seem to be any kind of residue or a coating of anything left on me, so I'm guessing it gets absorbed pretty well into the skin.

All in all, I didn't feel like the product did anything, but I will do a follow-up review in the future after trying it a few more times.
