Santa robe set - bed jacket discontinued by DreamGirl - review by Becauseiamawoman

I was truly excited to get this in the mail, but after trying it on I have decided I am not a fan of this Santa Robe Set. I was hoping for a festive outfit that I could dress up with leggings for a Sexy Santa holiday party, but there is no way I will be wearing this out of the house.

The main and most important issue with this set is the chemise that comes with it. Although you cannot tell from the provided pictures, it is an almost backless, racer-back-like fit. It is very difficult to put on and the racer-back portion makes it awkward to wear. For some reason, the straps across the back are very difficult to sort out. It is hard to tell which side goes where and putting it on is completely counter-intuitive. Although I am petite, I have a slightly above average chest size and I was spilling out of this. It is definitely not a good look for me.

The robe is much better looking, but the waist tie hits in an awkward place. It is not the most flattering piece I have ever put on. However, it could work. At the least it is warm! Unfortunately, it does not seem to look much like it does in the provided product photos. On me, it looks me look more like regular Santa than Sexy Santa.

The fabric that the robe and chemise are made out of is soft. However, it is still cheap-looking. The chemise came wrinkled, which I assume is a result of the polyester fabric from which it is made. I can't seem to get the wrinkles out with wrinkle release, although I have tried!

For the price, I would not recommend this product. There are much better fitting and more attractive Sexy Santa outfits than this.

After trying on the chemise one last time, and not being able to physically put it on my body, I have officially donated this to the Goodwill. Sorry, Santa!
