A finger Mounted Bullet with Multiple Functions

The Curly Cue Finger Friend from Doc johnson is your standard finger mounted toy with the addition of multiple funtions to it. The fact that something so small has no controller is a great thing, but because it has horrid watch batteries and it drains them fast really kills the overall greatness of its design. It does work great in water and all the functions are there, but it really needs better battery life in it.
Small, compact, multiple functions, easy to care for
runs on watch batteries, eats batteries, a bit more buzz than vibration,

This toy is best used for foreplay or stimulating outer areas of the body like the clit or the breasts. Although the curly head does allow for a bit of penetration, it definitely was designed for external stimulation. This toy is best used on a woman on her own, or with a partner. Overall though, it can be used on anyone. The best time to use this toy is during foreplay for sure.

Material / Texture

The silicone the toy is made of is very flexible near the pocket for the bullet. However, the curled part of the head of the bullet is solid silicone and is much harder being fully made of silicone. It can bend a bit, but there is really no give in it. I really didn't smell any chemical odor off of it either, which is always nice. The curled firm head does add some extra stimulation I think, especially since the vibrations from the removable bullet travel well into it. Since its not overly powerful, this works well for any level of a user.

    • No odor

Design / Shape / Size

The design is made like any other finger mounted bullet out there to be quite honest. The shape is good though. Its the standard finger mounted bullet you would expect, although I do wish that the bullets these little things come with would not be powered by small watch batteries. A simple AAA battery would do just fine here. The size is about average for it; 2 1/2" in length, and an inch wide. Being so small it is easy to hide, but not very discreet when its turned on because it is a bit noisy. Overall a foreplay toy for any user at any level.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The bullet has the standard 10 functions in it - several faster vibrations, escalation, pulsing, etc. The bullet that is removable from the finger mount has its vibrations located in the tip of the bullet and does travel well into the curl of the finger mount. I do think that the best function is the multiple patterns built into the little thing, but the watch batteries really are the downfall of its design. 3 watch batteries are annoying and the bullet should have been designed to work with a AAA battery instead. It will eat through your batteries pretty quickly depending on the pattern you choose. It is a bit buzzy too, so its not the most subtle toy ever. It is worth noting that this toy is waterproof too, so it does have that going for itself. When we used it in the water, it worked just fine.
    • Battery guzzler
    • Lots of variety in function

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning silicone is easy. Toss it into the dishwasher or clean it with some warm water and antibacterial soap. Being so small, toss it into your nightstand for storage. Toss the packaging. As for lubes, use only water based lubes.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

Thanks for sharing. I just reviewed Blossom from this line and I hated it. Actually, for the whole few minutes it worked, I loved it. Did you try putting new batteries in this? I would suggest doing that, only because you may find that the batteries didn't drain, but the bullet stopped all together! I found that blossom has the exact same bullet that comes in EF's finger bunny and BOTH of those totally died for good after less than ten minutes of use each! The only reason I recommend trying yours out now with new batteries is so you don't end up disappointed even more later when you go to use it and new batteries don't work either. From your review though, I get the impression this wasn't a toy you were in love with anyways I am sorry that it wasn't any better for ya. I know how you feel. I was pretty disappointed too.

The first Finger Bunny I got had a defective bullet as well...the second was perfectly fine and works like a charm. Looks like this might be a quality control issue maybe?

Thanks for the review. I received a different finger friend and had issue with the bullet only working when it wanted to. I agree with what Kendra wrote. I truly love the design of this, but it's seriously lacking.

This one is definitely cute but I've heard a lot of things about the bullet so I'm changing my mind about them. Thanks for sharing your review!!
