G.Grooves is a powerful rabbit vibrator designed for both clitoral and g-spot stimulation. With a fairly straight, stiff shaft, and a flexible, but not floppy clit vibe, you can get firm stimulation where you want it. Use the buttons on the control panel to adjust the intensity through three levels of vibration. Three AA batteries provide very strong vibrations in both the clit bullet and g-spot vibrator. Ridges on the shaft give the toy some personality, and the neutral color scheme adds to the attractive design.

Made of colorless phthalate-free TPE, G.Grooves is translucent and looks rather professional. With large ridges near the base and thin grooves along the insertable part of the shaft, G.Grooves earns its name. The TPE became odorless after one wash. Overall, the material is squishy, but the shaft support pieces and bullets give the toy a sturdy feel. While the shaft bends slightly during use, it provides very pleasant resistance. Complementing the neutral shaft is the mirror-smooth silver plastic base and white control panel.

You won’t find a cute animal representation on the clitoral stimulator. Instead, two long tips and one short tip are poised at the stimulator end, waiting for your clit. They all buzz quite intensely, but I could feel the two long tips much more easily than the short one. If pinpoint stimulation isn’t your favorite, you can push G.Grooves deeper and use the flat portion of the clit stimulator near the shaft. Just want some clit vibrations? Use the outer surface of the clit stimulator alone without insertion. It’s a little bulky, but quite fun. For more texture externally, try the shaft bullet.

The gentle grooves on the shaft are easily felt internally, and the raised bump of the g-spot bullet provides even more textural sensations. The squishiness of the head makes insertion easy, but may not provide the full feeling obtained from larger toys. With an insertable length of 4.75” and a diameter of 1.5” at its widest point (the g-spot bullet bump), G.Grooves isn’t that large of a rabbit. Luckily, what it might lack in size, it makes up for in performance.

The three levels of clit vibration and shaft rotation/vibration are individually controlled on G.Grooves. Located on the shaft are two sets of + and – buttons, as well as a button labeled R/S for reversing the direction of shaft rotation. Above the two +/- button sets, little lights illuminate when the toy is on, showing the levels of intensity. When the R/S button is pressed, there is a slight pause as the toy adjusts, and then the shaft rotation reverses.

The short, chunky bullet in the clit stimulator starts off with a low hum, and gets a little higher in pitch as you increase the intensity. It is wonderfully, surprisingly quiet, and if you only have that bullet on, it earns just barely 2 Bees even at its highest setting. The shaft vibration is much louder, and even the lowest setting earns 3 Bees. Both bullets deliver a hearty amount of power; I felt a bit overwhelmed by the highest intensity levels.

While the shaft control is labeled “Rotation,” there is little rotation actually felt during use, and much more vibration due to the g-spot bullet. Vibrations carry well throughout the shaft, providing all-over internal stimulation. Refreshingly, the handle is well-insulated, transmitting only weak vibrations to your hand during use.

While having individual controls is quite nice, the buttons on the shaft are nearly flush with the surface of the control pad. During use, I found myself fumbling to find the one I wanted, often hitting the wrong button. Additionally, with no dedicated on/off button, turning the toy completely off can be quite an endeavor. Pressing buttons up to six times to turn a toy off is inconvenient and irritating when one has just come or has sudden privacy concerns.

G.Grooves can be cleaned with soap and water, toy wipes, or toy cleaner. While it’s not advertised as waterproof, no water or soap got into the battery compartment when I soaped up the entire toy to clean it. The o-ring on the base and the well-fitting cap make a good seal. Make sure to scrub firmly along the grooves to ensure a thorough cleaning.

Since TPE is porous, G.Grooves cannot be disinfected, and should be covered with a condom if shared or used anally.

The included instructions advise that only water-based lubricants should be used, and that oil-based lubricants can corrode the material. The instructions don’t mention silicone lubes, but TPE is generally compatible with it. If you want to use silicone lube, do a spot test for compatibility.

Inserting the batteries in G.Grooves is quite easy. Just unscrew the base cap, and slide out the plastic battery holder. Push three AA batteries into place according to the symbols, and reinsert the holder into the base.

Sadly, the packaging for G.Grooves isn’t as professional as the toy itself, but the topless brunette woman on the box is pretty hot. No permanent storage device is included, but at least the instructions encourage you to recycle the packaging materials.

G.Grooves is better suited for times when you want a quick orgasm, instead of when you want to tease yourself over the edge. Overall, this toy is well made, and I really enjoyed groovin’ with it, but just couldn’t give it five stars because of the subpar control panel.
