A tulip that wilts!

This toy is not for me for anything but a light relaxation, when it works. I take more power in a toy. And it is doubly frustrating that the toy cannot be depended on to work, once the wires break inside. I would say it is mainly for beginners.

Pros
The best point is that it goes right to the source of what you want to stimulate
Cons
The wire which after a while breaks inside not allowing a connection.

Use

The best areas for the tulip are mainly the clit and the breasts. I notice that it is very effective on the breasts, giving a piercing feeling that travels down and gives pleasure. It is also effective on the clitoris. just not as powerful as I had hoped.

Any spot that is sensitive it can be used on. I would be careful stimulating near the anus, since the toy is so small it might disappear. Since it is waterproof, it can be used in the tub or shower, by beginner or advanced users, mostly beginner.

While I am thinking of it, caution has to be taken with the wire. As usual with these small toys, soon the wire is bent so that it sometimes works, sometimes not. Now, hoping that works, I wrap the wire around the remote loosely.

Material / Texture

The tulip is made of silicone, the remote/battery case is plastic. There is no smell nor taste to the toy.

The tulip part looks like a little bud with flower edges. It has a slight drag to it which lends to the stimulation. On the box it came in it says to use plenty of water-based lube but the tulip is small and gets slippery with too much lube.

Design / Shape / Size

The tulip is a small toy. The control pad/battery case is almost 4".

The wire connector is almost 23". The tulip (where the action is) is 1 3/4" long, the circumference is about 2 1/2". and the diameter is 3/4".

I do keep it in a sack and it is small enough to hide.

It would work fine for me if the tulip was bigger. It was too small to give me much feeling, but it would work for others.

Functions / Performance / Controls

To make the toy work, first place 2 AAA batteries in the battery case, following the correct position that is imprinted on the plastic near the batteries once the lid is removed.

There are 5 modes. On the case on the right hand side, there are two bumps. The lower one turns it on and off. The upper bump changes the modes ans the change is reflected in the LED lights on the left. The modes are low, medium, high, low pulse, high pulse.

Care and Maintenance

It is waterproof, latex-free, hypoallergenic and phthalate-free.

It is easy to care for. Just use soap and hot water on the little bulb or use a toy
cleaner. It may further be sterilized by wiping with a 5% bleach solution, but do not boil.

Since it has silicone and plastic I store it with the silicone toys. first putting it in a little bag so that the wires stay in one place.

Follow-up commentary
It has the same tiny vibrations, interrupted by periods of not working due to the wire most likely broken inside

Are the 'lips' of the tulip soft and pliable? Or are they hard plastic with no give? Great review!
  • Contributor: symbiasin
Thanks. Polylove. That part is not soft. It's a rigid silicone with no give.

Well, that makes it less intriguing.
