Another delightful little toy sure to thrill the beginner.

Climax gems toys are, across the board, cute. Vibrant colors, cute designs and straightforward functionality. Here is the Climax Gems "margarita bubbly", a green and nubby little number that wants to grab your eye and then work its way down.

With its simplistic shape and tiny size this is best used as a clit vibe, although it can be used for thrusting. For more experienced users this can be used for a warm up or teasing toy. My partner and I have used this particular toy a number of times together to get things warmed up before moving on to some of our more powerful friends.

Beginners on the lookout for an introductory toy would do well here as would the gift giver looking for a nice toy to introduce a newbie.

Tiny enough to keep in a purse and completely waterproof, this toy is a great travel companion as well.

Made from our old friend/enemy jelly, this toy has an ever so slightly tacky feel to it but it pales in comparison to a number of other jelly toys I have had the pleasure of working with. There is a very, VERY subtle scent. Once again, it pales in comparison to many other jelly toys in that respect. There is a slightly rubbery flavor, but it is not overly offensive and does not leave a long lasting aftertaste.

Those adorable little nubs sure do look cute... but they do little in the way of enhancing the sexual experience. In certain positions or situations, the texture is felt more prominently but is in no way a big selling point of the toy.

Jelly is safe with both silicone and water based lubricants.

The design. The design! How I love the Climax series designs... but alas, all flash.

The toys is small enough at only a little over 5 inches in length.
The widest part of the toy is listed at a little over 5 inches in circumference, but take note that this is near the base and not part of the accounted insertable 4 inches. The insertable part is significantly smaller, but not depressingly so. this is certainly not for those looking for something with more substance.

The shape is straightforward, no curves. There is some flexibility with the first inch of the toy, but it is not extreme. After the first inch there is a plastic casing for the battery beneath the jelly that takes up a majority of the toys size causing the rest of the vibe to remain firm.

The battery compartment does have a protective ring and a good amount of plastic between the closure and the battery. Splashing, showering and submerging should all be completely safe.

The bumpy texture adds to the overall appeal of the toy but does little for extra enjoyment and only complicates cleaning, although only slightly.

The size is definitely more for a beginner or someone looking for a toy that leaves them unintimidated. This could make a great gift for someone trying to break into the realm of sex toys.

Mainly used for clitoral stimulation, this bubbly little fellow has an easy to adjust dial base that doesn't stick or have to be forced like some lower end toys. It's tiny and slightly flexible so it's easy to manipulate during partner play and takes up very little room between two bodies.

The vibrations are a little on the weak side for me, but this could make an excellent beginner toy. On the highest setting the sensation is pleasurable, but not phenomenal. Some of the power is absorbed by the surrounding jelly, which is a shame. With just a little more oomph this would have earned a higher rating.

I am impressed with the lasting power. For a toy that runs on only a single AA battery, I have been able to drag out the toy for a week of continual use before noticing a dramatic decrease in power.

One huge plus is the sound. This toy is very soft in that department. Those looking for discreet pleasures, you would be well advised to take interest in this little number. When inserted this toy is next to completely silent and the vibrations at full power emit a very low noise that should not be audible beyond a closed door.

Jelly can not be sanitized (if sharing with a partner, make sure to use a condom), but it can be cleaned. Use a warm, wet cloth with a mild antibacterial soap and/or a toy cleaner. Store away in a dry place away from any articles of clothing, small pets, dirt factories.

Being jelly it has a tendency to attract anything and everything that can stick. The nubs only enhance this. When cleaning you can spend a little extra time cleaning between the little nubs, especially if you have pets. I do have to say that out of the textured jelly toys I have this one is by far the easiest to care for and least sticky.

Remember to keep jelly away from other types of toys such as silicone. The material can damage or discolor them. Keep seperate or wrap it up for safe keeping. Be careful not to wrap it in something that will cover the toy in fiber/lint.

Our bubbly buddy comes encased in a basic cardboard back with a plastic outer shell that shows off his attractive design. The surrounding plastic exterior is one of those annoying "cut away the edges and pry it open while trying not to slice your fingers" types, so I wouldn't recommend keeping the container around for storage unless you are meticulous with your package opening skills.

I've had fun with this little guy, but he has been outperformed by a number of other toys. If you are looking for something that will tickle your fancy (amongst other things) for a lower price go for something like an egg/bullet or pocket rocket. Many of them may not have the great look of this cute little toy, but they will take you to ecstasy all the same and will be great bedside companions.
