Body & Souls Transcend massager is a great multi-purpose vibrator. The main vibrating portion of the toy is the actual massager, which is the item with the single push button control on it. There is also a vibrating bullet that plugs into the massager. You can use the massager without the bullet, but you cannot use the bullet without the massager.

This toy would make a great couples toy, but you can also use it solo. The shape of it is comfortable to hold regardless of if I'm using on myself, or someone else.

You can use the massager as an all over body massager. It feels amazing massaging my neck after a long day at work. I also greatly enjoy holding the head of the massager against my clitoris, for some sexual stimulation. If you find that the massager isn't quite your thing, you can plug the bullet into the massager to transfer some of the powerful vibrations to it. Once you've done that, you can insert the bullet vaginally, or use it to stimulate your clitoris. You can, of course, use the bullet to stimulate other sensitive areas, as well, but I find that the massager feels better for that.

Men, you can also use this toy to stimulate your testicles.

While this toy has multiple purposes, you should remember that there are a few ways that this toy should not be used. First of all, you should not use it in water -- it is not waterproof, and you'll break it if you try to. And secondly -- you should not use this toy anally! There is no base, and this toy could get stuck in your bum easily.

This item is made out ABS plastic, with a PU cote -- as according to the packaging. The ABS plastic rates as a 7 on Eden's safety scale, so it's a fairly safe material. The material is both latex and phthalates free. It is also non-porous, which means that it does not absorb bacteria. The plastic had no noticeable scent, or taste.

The plastic on both pieces is very smooth, and firm; you won't be able to bend these items at all. It feels satiny, and pleasurable to the touch. It also feels to be high quality ABS plastic.

There is a very obvious seam located around the center of the bullet. I, personally, do not insert my bullets without a condom, so I couldn't feel the seam while it was inserting. That said, the seam is so deep that I feel it may be easily felt by those of you that are seam sensitive.

The body massager portion of the toy also features a seam going around it. This seam is also quite deep and obvious.

The size of this toy is great. The massager measures 5.25" in length, and 1.75" in width (at the widest point). The smallest point of the massager (the head) measures just slightly over 1". The size of head is great, as it fits perfectly on my clitoris, and it allows me to achieve pinpoint stimulation. If you don't enjoy pinpoint stimulation, don't worry -- you can easily use the wider end of the toy, to sort of spread the vibrations out a bit.

The massager has a great curve to it. The curve makes it extremely comfortable to hold, even for extended periods of time. Some toys can give you hand cramps after awhile, but I don't think that you'll have that problem with this one.

The bullet is also a decent size, measuring 2.25" in length, and 1" in width. The cord that connects the bullet to the massager measures just about 34" long, so you have a decent length of cord to work with.

This toy runs on 2-AA batteries. The batteries are inserted into the back of the massager. Inserting the batteries is no problem; they go in with ease, and the battery directions are clearly marked on the toy. Getting them out, on the other hand, is a huge hassle. It took me 5 minutes to get them out the first time, as they just seem to get stuck! So, the battery compartment is not designed as well as it could be.

The toy is controlled by a single push button, which is located on the massager. If you're holding the massager by the wider end (which is how I prefer to hold it), you'll find that the button is quite easy to press with your thumb. It's certainly a great design in that respect!

To turn the toy on, press the button once. Here, you'll be greeted with the first speed, which earns about 3 vrooms, and 3 bees. If you press the button a second time, you'll go to the second (and final) stage of vibrations; a level which earns 4 vrooms, and 4 bees. If you press the button a third time, the vibrator will turn off. The two vibration speeds are steady, constant vibrations. They're a little on the buzzy side, but they're still highly enjoyable.

The vibrations travel all throughout the toy, so you'll be able to feel the vibrations no matter what part of the toy you use. The only downside to this is that your hand might go a little numb, as there's no way to escape the powerful vibrations (other than turning it off). If decide to plug in the bullet, you'll find that both the massager and the bullet vibrate. The bullet is just as powerful as the massager.

I love the power behind this toy, but I do wish that there was a way for me to use just the bullet. A separate button to control the bullet would've been a nice touch.

As this toy is made out of ABS plastic, you can use it with either silicone, or water-based lubricants. The packaging does state that this should be used only with water-based, but silicone lubricant should not have any negative effects on the material.

To clean this toy, you could use a toy cleaner wipe, or spray. You could also use antibacterial soap and warm water. When you clean this, please be careful that you don't get water in the wrong places, as this toy is not waterproof.

The packaging of this toy is suitable for storage, but I personally prefer to simply store it in my toy box. The packaging doesn't take up a lot of room, but it does take up more room than the toy -- and space is hard to come by in my toy box. Besides, the material of this toy pretty much makes it worry-free, as it won't interact badly with any other toy materials. However you store it, you should remove the batteries when you're not using the toy, in order to protect both your batteries, and the toy.

The Transcend vibrator comes packaged in a white cardboard box. The packaging is slightly bigger than the toy, but it doesn't take up a whole lot of room.

The packaging lists some basic information in five different languages -- which is kind of impressive. The side of the packaging reads "Life, love and lust... Set aside time to embrace your body and soul" -- which is clearly a play of words off of the lines title "Body & Soul". The bottom of the packaging states that this toy should not be submerged in water.

A photograph of the toy is featured on the front of the package, but it's still pretty discreet. This seems to be marketed more as a massager than a vibrator, so even though it comes with an optional bullet, you could still pass this off as being a non-sexual item.
