This vibe is awesome for the price. It has good oomph and a good set of intensity options. It can be placed inside the vagina or also on the clit for more direct stimulation. I have also used this just below the head of a man's penis with great results.

The material adds a nice softer and more variable set of sensations. You can turn this little vibe in different directions to get the elephant sleeve to provide different levels of vibration and subtle variations in sensation. The texture differences can be fun. This is an easy toy for beginners to use and a fun inexpensive way to experiment on whether vibration is for you.

This is an egg shaped vibe with a jelly elephant shaped covering. It's fairly small- about the size of an egg, as well as discrete. You can easily take it anywhere with you as it fits in a bag or purse with ease.

The controls are on the wheel on the side of the control box which is attached by a wire to the egg itself. It's easy to manipulate with one hand, leaving the other hand free to use the vibe any way you like. The tip of the elephants trunk has lower intensity vibrations even though it has more movement. I got more out of placing the vibe on it's side and pressing it to my clitoris. I can imagine someone who likes lower intensity sensations would really like the appendages though.

The noise levels are decent at lower levels but really increase as the intensity is dialed up. It's not discreet noise wise.

I care for this toy by washing after use with mild soap and water. I then like to store it in my toy drawer away from anything linty like fabric as the surface tends to attract lint.

I really like bullet toys and this one while not my favorite was still a lot of fun.
