I found the Power Gem Sapphire to be a decorated novelty bullet to enhance and pleasure the clitoris during partner sex. The Power Gem consists of a simple plastic bullet vibe (3 watch type batteries) wrapped in a removable silicone sheath. The sheath has an opening on the side to which the heart shaped sapphire is attached by a strong magnet attached at the back of the gem. This combination provides a strong magnetic attachment. Since the bullet vibe is plastic, I cleaned it with toy cleaner, inserted the batteries, washed the silicone sheath and slipped it over the bullet vibe.
