Couldn't Find my G-Spot with a Tom-Tom, 2 Maps, a Compass, and Sacajawea!

This was my 1st vibrator ever. It arrived yesterday and I was so excited. I wanted to desperately to fall in love with it and understand what it was that made women everywhere love these things...but all it did was make me fall into a deeper love for my dildos. Maybe I hyped it up too much in my mind or was expecting some sort of pornstar-esque orgasm from it, but it left so much to be desired. It says it's a g-spot vibrator, but honestly, this thing couldn't find my g-spot if I gave it a Tom-Tom, 2 maps, a compass, seeing eye dog, and Sacajawea herself! At first I thought maybe I wasn't using it right, that maybe I somehow forgot where my g-spot was (yeah, fat chance! I've had that thing mapped out for over 10 years; I could find it in my sleep!) or perhaps it had fallen out. However, when I pulled this vibrator out and felt around for myself, I realized that my g-spot was still very much located where I've always found it.

The mini jumpin' gyrator felt nice on and around my clitoris, but that's about it. It did absolutely nothing for my g-spot; I wound up having to switch to my old reliable dildo (if you follow my reviews, you know which one I'm talking about) in order to reach climax.

I will say, where this vibrator lacked in performance, it made up in appearance and texture. It really is the cutest little thing--reminds me of a pink sea horse. It has a smooth satin finish and it feels good to grip. It's not silicone, so someone with a silicone allergy would be able to use this just fine. I did not detect an odor from it at all and it is not porous. Most importantly though, it's super easy to clean (make sure you remove the batteries).

As I said before, it reminds me of a little sea horse (minus the curly tail). It's small (I actually wish it had been larger; I feel like it it'd had some length to it, I would've had a much more pleasurable experience), easy to conceal, and a good size for travel. I will say, though, I don't like where the button is located--it's right at the very bottom, and if you're trying to insert it, your hand may keep hitting the button, shutting if off or changing the speed (there are 3) when you don't want it to. I can't say it's good for your average beginner, though. While it doesn't look menacing, it can be quite dangerous. As I mentioned this is my very first vibrator and--this is VERY embarrassing, but hey, we're family right?!--I did manage to get it stuck a few times. Somehow, the part that's bent and supposed to hit your g-spot turned around so it was facing downward. Maybe I just inserted it too far, though?

The vibrations are located in the bent part that's supposed to massage your g-spot (but really only does wonders for your clitoris, in my opinion), and as I mentioned, there are three speeds. The 1st speed is barely noticeable, the second speed is okay, but the third speed is where I kept it until my batteries died or my hand accidentally hit the button on the bottom to shut it off. It's a very silent toy, but if you have piercings below the belt, it will make noise when it hits up against them (as I'm sure all vibrators would).

This vibrator claims to be waterproof and while I didn't use this in the bathtub, I did have enough secretions stemming from my heightened sense of arousal that gave it a pretty good soaking, so I think it'd be just fine in water. I do think it's a battery guzzler though. I only got this yesterday and I've used it a few times last night and a couple times today, and I'm going through batteries like crazy. I'm already on my 4th pair! After going through the first two pairs, I thought I had a bad pack, but now that I'm on my second pack (not the same brand or from the same store) I'm thinking it's the energy the vibrator uses.

As I mentioned, the smooth texture of this toy made it super easy to clean (warm water, some anti-bacterial hand soap, and a clean towel to dry it over after you scrub it down), and its size made it easy to conceal and store.

I keep it in my bedside table (it's rather hard to go under your pillow where I keep "Old Faithful") for easy enough access. The packaging said it can be used with water-based lubes, but I've never required the use of lubricants. I did however, thoroughly enjoy using this vibrator on my clitoris while having my dildo inserted. I achieved a few great orgasms that way, but I could not use this alone to achieve one.

This came in a clear package with pink writing, which was packed inside a discreet USPS box. There weren't any instructions (at least I didn't see any), but it really didn't need any. Even a beginner like me could figure out what to do.

I hate to say it, but I was a little disappointed with this product. I don't feel it holds up to its claim of being a g-spot vibrator and it left a lot to be desired. I will say, however, that this was a great starter for my vibrator collection. I will continue to use it in conjunction with my dildo to achieve powerful orgasms from g-spot and clitoral stimulation.
