This toy can be used in solo or couple plays. The Dainty Delight is strong enough for direct clitoral stimulation, nipples or for any area that wants/needs a subtle gentle consistent vibration. This toy is discreet and small enough to throw in your purse or car to use whenever the mood strikes. It is just larger than the average person's index finger. Please note that this toy is labeled as a mini massager and not a vibrator.

The description indicates that this is a multi-speed toy, it is not. It only has one mode and that is on.

The purple portion of the Dainty Delight is made of plastic with a soft, velvet coat which makes it easy to hold onto. There is a small half ball plastic portion on the tip that is similar to a silver ball, which is shiny and smooth. The pieces are smooth and there are no rough edges anywhere on the surface of this toy.

The smell of this toy is atrocious, it smells of chemicals and burnt rubber all in one. I used an antibacterial toy cleaner before using and the smell did not go away after being cleaned. I would not recommend this toy to anyone with a sensitive nose or you simply do not want that smell on your body.

I do like the shape and the general feel of the surface. I have not had a opportunity to experience a two toned toy so to speak. The size is perfect as it is. It can work for both a beginner or seasoned toy users. The Dainty Delight is very easy to hide and can be thrown in your make up bag, purse, suitcase or glovebox. The user never has to worry about it accidentally turning on either. Once it is in the off or on position for that matter, it stays locked. A traveler does not have to worry about removing the battery for 'safe and discreet' traveling.

This toy was confusing at first for me to figure out how to turn on. The on/off/open switch is blended into the toy very subtly. It did not indicate which side was positive/negative for battery insertion. I had to try it in both directions and get some husband assistance.
Once we figured out how to turn it on and once it was in vibration mode it stays locked in that position easily. There is only one type/level of vibration.
It only takes one AAA battery, is very quiet. I would not suggest submerging this toy in a bathtub, or hottub, as there is no rubber barrier between the battery cap and the toy.

I did not use lube with this toy as it was used as a direct clitoral toy for the purpose of this review. Any type of lube is safe with this toy. No special storage is required, you can throw it in your end table with the rest of your toys. I would recommend cleaning the toy with preferred toy cleaner after each play session since it does hold odor easily.

The toy is packaged in standard Made in China plastic. The package is easy to gain access to, and can be reused for storage purposes. There were no instructions.

All in all, the Dainty Delight does what it says. I was skeptical that I would not be able to have an orgasm with this toy because it has a more subtle vibration. Each time I have used it, I have been able to achieve results with a delay. It gives more sensation than using your fingers, but it does not pack the punch like a traditional vibrator. Hence...dainty, subtle and delayed.
