I *like* this toy. It isn't especially flashy or complex or anything, but it is extremely satisfying anyway, like a good burger. Start with the name: Vivid Red Hots Savannah. What's not to love? The size and shape are great. It's pleasantly bulky in my hands, with a pleasing texture, and even more pleasantly bulky and pleasing in my vagina. The color is a true red that is the epitome of sexy and flirtatious fun. And so on. I *like* it. A lot.

Like I said, the shape is great. The size is satisfying without being too big, and the ridges hit a wonderful balance between smooth and textured. They feels good against my fingers and against my clit and against everything. This is a fairly soft toy, with some flex to it, but it holds its shape. Not squishy, just soft. I didn't notice a smell.

The shape and feel were pleasing enough that I wanted to try it as soon as I opened it. The battery compartment was easy enough to unscrew, load up, and screw closed. It takes two AAA batteries (and I was very grateful that my husband had a supply of them), and delivers decent power with them. The vibration is controlled by twisting the end of the toy. I noted about four distinct speeds, which is better than many toys in this price range. I also noted that I was grinning from ear to ear. You seriously can't hold this thing without enjoying it.

That evening we pulled it out for a proper test run. I started to insert it, then remembered that this toy is soft enough to let my husband drive, which is always a good thing. (One of my favorite toys is glass, and it always manages to hurt me if he controls it.) He was delighted to take over, and we were both delighted to discover that this toy has the exact level of firmness to provide wonderful pressure to all our favorite spots. After using it like a dildo for a few minutes, he turned the vibration on, and it was lovely to feel the sensation curling up and down my vagina.

I also grabbed it during intercourse, to use externally. The shape was awkward for that, of course, but it was soft enough to work well as a clitoral vibrator. The volume was softer than most of my bullets, which was nice. It was certainly softer than most appliances – around the volume of a vacuum cleaner on another floor or a few rooms away.

My conclusion? I'm keeping this one. You get your own.

This continues to be a great toy. It still cleans well and works beautifully, without any deterioration in the material or battery compartment. It's a great toy for when I want to keep quiet: if I use it under the covers in bed I have strain to hear it, even at the loudest setting. It's not a strong clitoral toy, but I like it a lot for some soothing pleasure when I can't sleep and don't want to wake my husband. (Of course, the last time I tried that I ended up waking him anyway, when the soothing pleasure turned into more demanding pleasure and I needed his help ;) But I don't think he minded being awakened by an application of lube and me telling him to roll onto his side.)

All in all, this isn't the fanciest toy in my drawer, but I keep it within easy reach. And given the number of toys I own, that's saying something.
