When I first received the Decadence G-spot Discreet massager by Doc Johnson, I was disappointed. Its 4 inches seemed tiny.

I didn't let this initial reaction slow me down much, however, and within minutes I was headed to the bedroom for some solo test time.

Since then I've used this cute little vibrator over and over. Powered by a single AA battery, it's powerful enough for my private masturbation time. I also like that I can slide it inside me. My favorite move is to hold it inside while masturbating, which results in some very nice orgasms.

It was also a lot of fun to use with my husband. Although he never did bring me to orgasm with the toy, the vibrations felt great, both outside and inside me.

The best part was, after about 20 minutes or half hour of some very nice research time, I was very, very turned on. The orgasms which came after I turned the g-spot massager off and laid it aside were strong, frequent, and delicious. So, even though the toy didn't directly result in orgasms at the time, it worked to intensify my pleasure during the entire sexual experience.

As I told my husband, it might not be the main course, but it's a tasty appetizer. I doubt it will become a regular part of our foreplay but I certainly plan to keep it close, just in case.

On the other hand, the massager certainly wasn't the answer to all my g-spot wet dreams.

Using this toy solo, it's simply not long enough to get a good grip on the end when inserting. While my husband had more luck finding my g-spot with the vibrator, it still didn't live up to my expectations.

In fact, I think the name is a bit misleading. As a vibrator that can be inserted, it's a good product. However, with the moniker of g-spot massager, it gives off the impression it has the power to induce much sought after g-spot orgasms. The truth is it's not; for me at least.

Another problem is the vibrations turn on with a twist of the massager's base. We both felt the control was difficult to operate when the toy was slippery and wet. That's a serious drawback, considering most people won't want to be fumbling to turn up the vibrations in the heat of the moment.

Even though the Decadence g-spot massager wasn't exactly what I hoped for, you won't hear about me sending it back. In fact, I consider it a good addition to my sex-toy arsenal. On top of that, it's a pretty little thing. The soft pink plastic is inviting to the touch. (It also comes in blue.) I found myself caressing it with my fingers and rubbing it across my lips while I wrote this review.

That, and in some situations its size will be a positive. Going on a business trip or a weekend hotel getaway? Put the Decadence g-spot massager in the cute little carrying case it comes with and throw it in your suitcase or your purse.

I'd definitely recommend this vibrator to a beginner. It's inexpensive, non-threatening, and easily hidden in a drawer or the toes of your empty sneakers - if need be. It's also fun for couple play. If you are looking for something to have you screaming and jerking and squirting, however, I'd look at another product.
