Double the Buzz

While the Eden Twin 12 Functions Bullet is an excellent toy, it simply isn't a long-lived one. It eats up batteries like there's no tomorrow, which can be stressful when you're in the heat of the moment, and it also died after only a few uses. I wouldn't recommend purchasing such toy, as it is bound to be thrown away almost immediately (even with proper care and maintenance).

Pros
Nice patterns, strong vibrations for partner play.
Cons
Battery guzzler, broke way too soon, not strong enough for people who need serious 'oomph.'

Use

As its name suggests, the Eden Twin 12 Functions Bullets is a remote-controlled, double egg vibrator that has numerous functions, from static buzzing to the usual patterns experienced on most multi-function vibrators. It's best for external use on any set of genitalia, but can be used vaginally as well. Stay away from using it anally, as the retrieval cord, though strong, isn't safe enough to pull it out in dire situations.

Material / Texture

The vibrator is made of plastic, where the bullets are slightly textured and drag; the remote is a smooth plastic. Each bullet is pleasant to the touch and very firm, allowing for pinpoint stimulation. Lubricant may be needed if using the bullet internally, as it does drag due to its ridged texture. The plastic does not have any scent or taste, which is good for those of us who have had the depressing experience with jelly toys.

All buttons are easy to press and give a satisfying click, so the person using the remote knows when it has been pressed and doesn't have to wonder (if they're using the vibrator on someone else).

Design / Shape / Size

Though they are called 'bullets,' I would consider these 'eggs.' They are much larger than standard bullet-sized vibrators at 2" long and 1" wide at the widest girth. The remote control is an oval shape and it fits in the palm of even small hands. As far as travel goes, this toy is very travel-friendly and easy to pack up; it takes up hardly any space at all when in storage. I recommend putting it in a bag though, in order to keep the cords from ripping or getting kinked.

Functions / Performance / Controls

First: the batteries. The Eden Twin 12 Functions Bullets takes two AAA batteries, which is good if you have them lying around and bad if you don't. Thankfully, we had a few in the house, because they were not included. It would be wise to keep at least ten around when using the vibrator, because it will go through a set of two within ten to twenty minutes.

Once the batteries are in, turning on the vibrator is simple: press the (+) and it's on. Then, the up and down buttons flip through the different settings, one at a time.

There are twelve functions for the vibrator, but I sadly cannot share them as the toy broke before I could write the review.

Each setting is a satisfying rumble, not buzzy or whiny like some bullets on the market. The lower settings are good for workup and stimulation, but those who are used to Hitachi strength vibrations will not find any use in this set of eggs - they just are not strong enough. The higher settings are pretty high, but they eat up batteries within ten minutes of continued use, which simply isn't long enough. My girl enjoyed all of the patterned settings, but her favorite was one that had an increasing intensity pulse.

It's a shame that it broke so soon because we hardly were able to use it at all, and even with keeping it in good condition, it just won't turn on any longer (we only had it for a few months, and maybe used it four or so times). Keep that in mind before purchasing, because it is definitely a temporary bullet for short-term use (and a battery guzzler at that).

Care and Maintenance

Because it's made of plastic, the Eden Twin 12 Functions Bullets is extremely easy to care for and store. Cleaning is simple; it only needs some soap and water or toy cleaner and it is ready to be stored. Make sure to clean the cords as well and remove the batteries before putting it away, so that it does not waste power. Simply put it in a toy drawer alongside other toys, in a nightstand, or in a box - wherever you want, it will stay safe from harm.

Use the bullets with water-, oil-, or silicone-based lubricant. My personal favorite is water-based because it is much easier to clean up.

Personal comments

I'm honestly quite bothered that it broke after only a few uses. It seems like a waste of a product if it is just made to be thrown away. I wouldn't feel happy spending $25 on something that would break in a month.
