This vibrator can be used by anybody for anything. It is not too small or too big. All the rest are vibration, pulsation, and escalation settings. The vibrations vary from buzzy to rumbly depending on the setting, but all are extremely penetrating.

I use mild soap and water to wash this toy, and I use a water base lube. To store after use I first wash and towel dry then I take out the batteries and store the toy in a safe place where I know prying eyes won't find it.
