On first getting the Butterfly, my first thought was that it should be a lot of fun. I was worried that it would be a loud toy, as I have had a rotational toy in the past (that I reviewed on Eden), and it seemed to make more of a grinding noise while rotating.

My first time using it was pretty decent. I found that while rotating you need a firm grip on the base or something else to keep it tight. Otherwise, the base itself tends to rotate and shift about, rather than the toy inside you. (This is more a problem with using it as an anal toy, I think, than anything else.) The number of possible combinations of rotation and vibration offers a lot of choices for stimulation. It does have a hefty battery requirement though, and personally I don't like that the base that holds the batteries just slides down and out without much to fasten it.

Upon further using the toy, I found that the On/Off button is misnamed since it doesn't turn the toy on as far as I can tell. Instead, you have to use one of the + buttons for vibration or rotation to turn it on. You can use the off button to turn it off, which I believe helps save your chosen setting for the vibration and rotation. The rotation continued to be a problem in a tight hole; there isn't really a fix for this other than to be able to firmly keep the base in place so that the toy itself rotates instead.

Honestly, the vibration on this is mostly in the rabbit, though the rotating beads can add a little of their own to the party.

The orgasm from this was fairly average, as anal orgasms go. This was without stimulation of the penis in any way, but purely from internal anal stimulation.
