G-spot rabbit vibrator discontinued

For when you clit needs a good cuddling...

The Twirling Cuddle provides a revolutionary option for clitoral stimulation. By engulfing your clit rather than pinpoint stimulation, this toy can either give you an awesome tease or push you right over the edge... or both! Though small cons get in the way of this being the perfect toy.

Use

The Twirling Cuddle, like all rabbit-style vibrators, is designed for simultaneous vaginal and clitoral stimulation. It can be used for both solo and partner play. It would be a good vibe for beginners (probably not a first toy though), but they may be intimidated by its size at first. Those more experienced will enjoy this toy as a playful spin on the classic rabbit vibe.

Material / Texture

The Cuddle is made of smooth, seamless, phthalates free TPE in a soft lilac color. It is odorless and tasteless. The smooth texture lends well to clean-up time, since there are no small nooks and crannies to watch for. It “sticks” a little when dry, but is nice and slippery once it has some lube on it.

Design / Shape / Size

The Cuddle’s clitoral attachment is designed to engulf (or cuddle) the clitoris, providing indirect stimulation. For those who prefer direct clitoral stimulation, the actual bullet of the attachment does protrude slightly in the center of the “cuddler”, making direct contact possible as well. The cuddler’s connection to the body of the vibrator is flexible, so even if it doesn’t fit your body perfectly (let’s face it, it probably won’t) you can still adjust and hold the attachment so it hits your sweet spot.

The shaft is 4 ¾” long and 1 ½” thick and has a slight curve at the end for subtle g-spot stimulation. As I mentioned, the girth may be a bit intimidating to beginners, but rest assured that with a bit of lube, this baby will slide right on in.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Cuddle has a rotating function for the shaft and a vibrating function for the clitoral attachment. Each function has three speeds which cannot be controlled independently, unless one function is not turned on at all. The speeds are “average”, you might say. This toy is definitely no wimp, but not a powerhouse either. Its volume is also middle of the road. It can be heard through sheets and a comforter, but not through walls or a closed door.

The control panel has six buttons – three for functions (vibrate, rotate, and reverse rotation) and three for speed (low, medium, and high) – and each one is designed like on on/off button. When a button is in the “on” position, it sits slightly lower than in the “off” position. The speed buttons can get a little confusing. The way it works is that you get the speed of the highest “on” button. So say you start with the low setting then go up to the high setting. To get back to low, you can’t just push the low button again. You have to push the high button again to turn it off.

The Cuddle runs on 4 AA batteries inserted into the base. The door to the battery compartment slides on and off with ease, but the configuration of the batteries can be a little tricky. Instead of a square pattern with two batteries sitting on top of two like most vibrators have (at least most that I’ve seen), the Cuddle’s batteries sit in a diamond position with one on the bottom, then two, then one on top. There are indentations for the bottom three batteries, but getting them all in just the right position can be tough, especially if you're using rechargeable batteries, which tend to be just a teeny bit larger.

Care and Maintenance

TPE can be cleaned with soap and hot water or an antibacterial toy cleaner. If you opt to clean it with water, take care as this toy is not waterproof. It cannot be sterilized, so use a condom or toy cover if you decide to share it with someone that you wouldn’t have unprotected sex with. Both water and silicone based lubricants can be used with it.

Packaging

The Cuddle comes in a black cardboard box, with a photo of a brunette wrapped in white satin sheets on the front. The box has cutouts on the sides so you can see into your new toy, as well as a short blurb on the back in a few different languages. There are no instructions included.

Personal comments

Overall, I like the Cuddle. It’s not my favorite, but I do like it. I love how it feels engulfing my clit, and it gets me off quickly, but there are some small annoyances that take away from the overall experience for me. First is the controls. It is a bit of a hassle to turn it up or down or to know which setting I’m even on. A dial control would be my first choice, but even up/down arrows would be nice instead of three separate buttons. Then is (kind of control-related) the fact that the vibration and rotation functions can’t be controlled separately. Sometimes I want the rotation on low and the vibe on high, or vice versa, but the Cuddle can’t do that. Lastly, the buttons rattle a little from the vibrations.

Despite the g-spot tip at the end of the shaft, the Cuddle lacks the solid-ness of a real g-spot toy. It feels good, but I could not orgasm from the g-spot stimulation alone.

Like I said, I like this toy. It has its downfalls, but it’s still a welcome addition to my collection. I would recommend as maybe a second or third toy (not a first) or to someone who wants something a little different for clitoral stimulation.

It definitely looks promising. A big disappointment that it's not waterproof. Living with another couple, the shower has become my best friend.
