Use

The Expert G is a G-spot vibrator designed by the French company Dorcel (manufactured in China). The company classes this toy as a mini vibrator, but it is more average in size than mini. It has a curved tip designed for G-spot stimulation. The tip can be bent a considerable degree to provide stimulation for a variety of anatomies.

The Expert G can also be used for clitoral stimulation, the curve of the toy makes it easier for this. It can also stimulate the erogenous zones such as the nipples and P-spot (external). While silicone, the Expert G is not designed for anal play. It lacks a flared base for safe anal play.

The Expert G can be a toy for a beginner. Its dimensions aren't too intimidating. It can be a good quality choice for someone interested in G-spotting. While not waterproof, the Expert G isn't that loud, so it can be an option for those who live with others.

Material / Texture

The Expert G is made out of silicone. Silicone rates a 10 on the safety scale. It is non porous, so bacteria cannot thrive inside the toy. It is hypoallergenic being latex and phthalate free. The silicone is smooth and soft with a little drag. For an effortless glide, you can add a little water based lubricant, since silicone based lube can't be used on this silicone toy.

The toy is smooth. The shape comes from the design. It does have a noticeable seam along the midline of the toy. It can easily visible but isn't really felt. The texture is more beginner friendly. Those into a textured G-spot experience might look elsewhere.

The Expert G has a very slight odor. You have to put your nose to it do discern the odor. It dissipates with a couple of washes.

The tip is also flexible, and with some force, it can be manipulated. The tip can be pulled almost straight up and can be pushed down until the tip lays flat.

While the tip is flexible, it takes some pressure to move it. The Expert G can provide fairly firm and consistent G-spot stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

The Expert G has a G-spot top that is bulged. The bulge is not too wide, and the tip can be used to tease the vaginal entrance. This is the widest bulge and is 4.5 inches around at this point. After this bulge, the shaft is more slender and has 2 small bulges. The design is more apparent on the side of the toy with the tip facing toward you.

From left to right: Pen, Bimini Ocean (great toy), Expert G, Dream Massager G (also great toy).

While considered mini, the Expert G is a little over 6 inches long with an insertable length of 4.5 inches. You could thrust the toy since it has some length, but the tip might make this too much for some. Overall, the dimensions of the Expert G isn't too large in any way and can be an option for beginners. More advanced users might like other qualities of this toy, such as its strength and vibration patterns.

The Expert G is relatively easy to travel with. It can fit in a medium purse or bag. It should be wrapped for discretion, to keep lint from getting on the toy, and to protect the silicone. It's best to removed the batteries during travel so the toy doesn't accidentally turn on. In terms of noise, the Expert G isn't too loud. It can be about 3 Bees at it's loudest outside the body. It can be a low 2 Bees when inside the body. If you throw over a blanket and close the door you shouldn't be heard in most situations. If anything, background noise such as music or the TV can help.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls on the Expert G are very simple: it's only one button that does everything. The button is not directly on the bottom of the toy, but more angled toward the fron of the toy. The button is both the ON button and cycling button to let you move between modes. Here they are:

1. Low steady vibration, 3 Vrooms
2. Medium steady vibration, 3 Vrooms
3. High steady vibration, 4 Vrooms
4. Slow pulses, 4 Vrooms
5. Faster pulses, 4 Vrooms
6. 3 short pulses then accelerates and decelerates, repeat, 3-4 Vrooms
7. Short pulse then accelerating rollar coaster, 2-4 Vrooms
8. 2 short pulses then rollar coaster down-up-down-up, 3 Vrooms
9. Pulse, then 4 short, fast pulses, 3-4 Vrooms
10. Down-up-down-up rollar coaster then 2 pulses, 3-4 Vrooms

The Expert G is delightfully strong at around 4 Vrooms. The vibrations are more rumbly than buzzy. The motor is located more toward the tip of the toy, where the vibrations can be felt strongest. Vibrations are still present and strong on the shaft too. To turn the toy off, just hold the button for 2 seconds. The Expert G does not remember what setting you were on when you turn it on again.

The Expert G is not waterproof. It does not have a plastic/rubber O-ring and it is not advertised as waterproof. It takes 2 AAA batteries and tends to hold them well.

Care and Maintenance

Care is pretty standard for this silicone toy. Wipes, toy cleaner, or soap and water will clean it. Be careful not to get water near/in the battery cage. Debris can collect by the seam and around the bulges, but it isn't too bothersome to clean. The toy does collect lint (silicone), so it is best to keep the toy wrapped in a fabric that doesn't give much lint off, such as a silk pouch. If the lint is bothersome, you can always wipe the toy with a wet wipe before each use.

When dry, the Expert G should be stored wrapped to protect the silicone and keep lint from collecting. Silicone lubricant should not be used with the Expert G because it can damage the toy. Water based lubricant is the best option for this toy.

Packaging

The packaging for the Expert G is NOT discreet. The sides of the package has half naked women on it (breasts completely out). It's not done in an overly raunchy way, but it is best to know this if deciding to gift the toy. The box has a little magnetic hinge so you can open a panel and view the toy in a plastic window.

The box opens at the top easily enough and the top pops out of the plastic mold. The packaging overall is a little nicer than many toys, but it isn't really designed for long term storage. The packaging does come with instructions in several different languages. It highlights the toys qualities and gives general do's and don'ts.

If gifting this toy, it may be best to buy a little silk pouch so the person can store the toy easily.

Personal comments

The Expert G can please G-spots both shallow and deep. The somewhat flexible head makes this easier to do. If you're not looking for G-spot stimulation, you can switch it up and use the toy as a clitoral vibrator. The tip does come to a dull point and can be used on the clitoris. It is nice that the Expert G can be used in a variety of ways.

Experience

The Expert G is a good G-spot toy for a lady with a sometimes overzealous partner. The toy is not too large in any dimension and the tip isn't extreme or too firm. This allows for some light thrusting and lets my partner use it without the worry of him using it too vigorously.

The toy does have a nice feel and weight. It is made well and looks like it will last a while. I wish it was waterproof, but that is really my only complaint with this toy.
Follow-up commentary
I enjoy this one. It's one of the few battery operated toys I keep around. I think this Dorcel line holds up well in terms of price versus quality. It's a great mid-price line for high quality.

It is going just as strong as when I got it months ago. I would recommend this to most of my friends except those who are into smaller toys. While this one isn't long, the head where it curves can be a bit wide for some ladies.
