For under $30, the "Silicon Fun Vibes Teaser|Silicone fun vibes teaser" by Pipedream is a great vibrator. It is stimulating, designed in a comfortable shape and size, and is aesthetically pleasing (I love purple). It gets the job done.
I have to admit to initially being turned off by the the packaging. It is bright and cheerful and hardly seems serious enough to contain a sex toy worthy of orgasm. I was afraid that the toy would not be powerful enough to be satisfying. The packaging clearly states that the toy is just a novelty. The plastic tube it came in was easy to open, so I did not have the frustration of needing to cut through hard plastic.
This vibrator requires two AAA batteries which are not included. The only complaint I have about that is that the directions are not clear which way the batteries go in. The battery compartment itself is not marked and there are no directions that come with the vibrator itself. I had to try several different configurations before finally getting the toy to vibrate.
The on switch is a dial. It rotates to turn on and although it boasts being multi-speed, there are no notches to stop the rotation at different speeds. The motor also seems to be unclear about what order the speeds should be in. I find that it does not necessarily increase in speed the further I turn the dial. This can be frustrating when trying to build up intensity.
Other than this flaw, the vibrator is quite sufficient. The size of the tip is just right to rest between the lips and the power of the motor is strong enough to be thoroughly stimulating. I found it to be much easier to stimulate my clitoris than with larger products. It is quite flexible, translating the vibrations quite well from the motor to the tip.
Being made of TPR silicone and being wholly waterproof, this toy is easy to clean. Just wash with warm water and mild detergent and it is ready for next time. [Editor's note: TPR is a porous material, so use a condom if sharing between partners or orifices.]
I would recommend this toy; its downfalls are minimal, especially considering its price. I can not wait to use it with my partner, and have him use it on me.

I wonder if the speed adjustment has to do with batteries being in wrong? Sometimes vibes will work with more than one battery configuration, but only work properly with one.
