Wearable G-spot vibrator
by

Gotta have the Sonata!

The Sonata has a nice design with the many-bulbed shaft compared to other wearable G-spot vibrators! Great texture for inserting/pulling out/thrusting. The vibrations 'moving' between motors for most modes is one area it really shines! The longer insertable shaft if looking more for a 'wearable' dildo kind of toy is great, rather than shorter/'plug' style. Sharper angle of clit portion makes good contact with clit, but can't double as a prostate/perineum vibrator as easily because of that.

First impression

Arriving in the always discreet packaging, the Sonata box itself has an image of the toy (which, is not an obvious penis-shaped dildo or anything) and otherwise has the look and feel of premium packaging! An insert pulls out that contains the Sonata, remote, product manual, and charging cord nicely held within a foam cutout.

The Sonata itself is covered in smooth but firm silicone, overall is on the rigid side but the shaft does have some bendability to it. We really liked the bulbous design of it as well, for some additional exciting sensation compared to smoother shafts!

First Use

I actually ended up using this first (even though it was marketed as a wearable G-spot vibrator... I used it as prostate vibrator!). However, to leave in I had to put it rotated the other way ('clit' portion towards my back rather than on the perineum) due to the sharp angle of the clit portion - it is designed for a female body after all!
It had good vibration intensity but unfortunately ran out of battery soon into the session. So I then went to thrusting in/out and the bulbous design made for a great feeling this way. The bulbs popping in and out of my hole one by one as I thrusted it, the top bulb rubbing against my P-spot every time it passed, I started stroking my own shaft too and soon exploded with a nice blended orgasm!

The Sonata shaft is longer than some other wearable G-spot vibrators like the Dual Igniter, and can also see how the clit portion is a much sharper angle.

Further Experience

So using the Sonata next (as intended, and of course THOROUGHLY cleaned after previous use) on a female body, my wife, I started out with some foreplay before bringing out the toy. Then I started teasing around her clit with the top of the bulbous shaft before starting to insert it once she was nice and wet. As each bulb of the shaft popped in, my wife let out a little moan of pleasure. The insertable shaft is longer than most wearable g-spot vibrators or similar toys, so I made sure she was ok with the length then pop! The last bulb went in and the clit portion was now tightly nestled against her clit. Now the magic began, after letting my wife catch her breath for a second with the Sonata in its place, I turned on the vibrations.Constant moans of pleasure immediately started escaping her! I handed her the remote so she could switch the vibration mode to her pleasing, and leaving the Sonata in her (which stayed in place pretty well) I was free to focus my attention elsewhere, like pleasuring her breasts. Based on her moans and writhing in pleasure, she had definitely came and had some mini-orgasms at least once (if not more). Now I could have let the Sonata continue doing the work and finish the job, or more jobs (as long as the battery would last). But I (maybe selfishly) wanted in on the action myself, so I took out the Sonata and finished the job!

The uniqueness of the vibration modes is one of the areas the Sonata really works its magic. There seems to be 2 or 3 motors and most of the modes alternate between the motor that's on and the intensity of it. My wife described it as it felt almost like the toy was moving as the vibrations 'moved' between motors!

For controlling the Sonata, it has a single button on the bottom, holding to turn it on and it automatically starts in the first vibration mode. Pressing it cycles through the vibration modes, then holding it will turn off the toy. To control with the remote, holding the button on the toy first to power it on, then the single remote button can be held down to stop the vibrations (but toy remains on) or pressed to also cycle through the modes. There is no 'pause' function, holding the remote button will stop the vibration but when pressing again it will start from the first vibration mode.

Vibration Map

For the vibrations, there seems to be 2-3 motors in the toy like 2 in the shaft and 1 in the clit portion. The motors in the shaft do seem to be more intense than the clit one. The vibration patterns are really unique in that most of them will alternate between all the motors, one vibrating at a time then moving to the next and at various intensities. As my wife said makes it almost feel like the toy is 'moving' as the vibrations 'move' throughout the motors!

I first thought it was odd that the constant vibration modes are actually the last modes in the cycle of modes, where it has low to high intensity of all the motors on at the same time. But, since the uniqueness of the Sonata is in the 'moving' vibration between the motors, it did actually make sense to have those modes as the first ones!
  • Very mild, low level vibration
  • Moderate vibration
  • Strong and easily felt vibration

Orgasm Intensity

The orgasm intensity can be, almost literally, 'breathtaking'! Especially when I left it inserted in my wife as the vibration modes went to work in her.

The best (and intended) way to use the toy is inserted for vaginal (G-spot) + clit stimulation, as the sharper angle of the clit stimulator makes it nestle nicely against the clit when inserted. It can be used anally for P-spot stimulation, but that is not where the Sonata shines as the clit portion is too angled to sit against the perineum. It can also be used with or without the vibrations for thrusting in and out to feel the beaded shaft pop in and out, similar to anal bead kind of stimulation!

I'm sure you will be using "her" toy on yourself again. The nubs do look enticing.
