While this toy can certainly be inserted, it is wonderful for clitoral stimulation. Of course, you could also use it on other areas of your body (nipples, namely) to provide other types of stimulation. I would not recommend this for anal use though.

This toy will work for anyone, especially beginner users who are looking for something simple and rather inexpensive for their first buy. It's great for personal use, or for couple use as well, particularly if you like the idea of watching each other, or if you want your significant other to use it on you. (My boyfriend uses it on me every so often.) It's definitely suitable for any time of day and most situations you'd use a vibrator for. It is a little loud, however, but I don't think it's anything that being under the covers or having some background noise playing couldn't drown out. Be wary if you have roommates whose rooms are in close proximity to yours, but I don't think you'll have any real issues unless you have super thin walls.

This toy is made out of smooth, hard plastic and has no discernible taste or smell. I don't personally find the plastic to provide any additional stimulation. In fact, sometimes it's better for me to have some sort of fabric in between when I'm using it as it makes it more comfortable for me to use, but that is entirely personal preference. I don't mind direct contact with it a lot of the time. The smooth exterior makes it easy for insertion, however. The texture (and the toy as a whole) is definitely suitable for beginners, though I'm sure more advanced users would find it suitable as well if they wanted to use something more simple.

As a whole, the design of this is very simple and I have no problems with it. It's pretty simply shaped and nothing fancy by any means, but it gets the job done for me. Considering I also don't really use this for insertion purposes, the size is fine for me. Even when it is being inserted, it's usually on, and I still have no issues with the size. However, if I was looking to use a toy to insert more frequently, I'd probably look for something much thicker than this, and maybe only slightly bigger. The size is definitely better for beginners in this aspect. This toy is also very easy to hide, since it's only a few inches long and particularly thin. It's also very portable and easy to hide in any luggage, however, it is not the most discreet toy in terms of looks and noise level. If you do leave it out, it's obvious what it is. It can also be a little loud though it's not unmanageable.

The way this toy works is by a dial at the top (which screws off for you to insert the battery). This is actually my biggest problem with the toy as the dial is very sensitive and easy to move while you're using it. While it does have a few different speed levels, I always use it on the highest speed -- especially if it isn't a brand new battery; I personally enjoy a more intense vibration. So while the controls are easy, they aren't so stable. As stated before, it is a little noisy but manageable. I haven't had any complaints from neighbors or anything like that (but perhaps if they did hear it they wouldn't want to bring it up).

This thing also eats up batteries pretty quickly. If you're like me, it takes a little bit for you to get off (especially depending on the day) and sometimes low vibrations really don't do the trick. If you buy this, expect to change the battery pretty frequently if you intend to use the higher setting the most. However, when there is a new battery inserted, it works wonders. So it really ranges -- it can be pretty powerful and pretty weak. But I'm sure this generally goes for most things that are battery operated.

Keep in mind this toy is NOT waterproof. Do not take it into the shower with you; it is not recommended.

This toy is very easy to take care of. You can use a toy cleaner for it, or simply use soap and water; just don't submerge it. I keep mine in a small box in which I also keep condoms and store it all in my bedside table. You'd have no problems keeping it anywhere else. It's best to keep it out of high temperatures, of course. I also make sure to remove the battery every time I'm done using it. You could also store yours in the original packaging if you wanted.

The toy is very simply packaged and easy to open. It's a transparent package that shows and tells you exactly what you're getting, instructions included.
