This arrived in the mail in a discreet brown box. Inside, this was packaged in a clear plastic bag. It did not come with instructions and had just the toy and a black mesh storage bag inside. King g-orge takes 2 Aaa batteries. The battery compartment has a twist cap at the bottom that's extremely easy to operate. After putting the 2 AAA batteries in, I pressed the bottom button to turn it on. Then I pressed the top button to cycle through the 30 vibration modes. They seemed to vary in intensity, and they were continuous vibrations, escalating, and pulsating. I normally enjoy the regular, continuous vibration ones and couldn't wait to try some out.
