The Bullet Bunny is a small, "discreet" toy intended for vaginal insertion. The Bullet Bunny comes with two parts - the pink, "bunny" sleeve as well as a strong, RO-120 mm bullet. The bullet itself slides into the sleeve which means that this set can be used with or without the sleeve. The battery compartment is just the bottom of the bullet which easily unscrews off to change the batteries. The first set of batteries will require you to remove a piece of paper inside of the battery compartment before use. The battery compartment includes a small ring of rubber that helps keep the water out of the compartment.

The vibrations are controlled on the base of the bullet. The button can be pressed once for low, another time for medium, another time for high, another time for for a pulsation mode, and another time for a roller-coaster sensation. To be turned off, the button must be held down for two seconds. The button is extremely easy to press - even when the sex toy is lubricated. These vibration levels are very detailed for a bullet. The levels are moderate in strength - most traditional vibrators will be stronger in strength, but for a bullet vibrator, these vibration levels are strong. The vibrations are not quiet though - they could easily be heard in the same room and could be heard through a closed door if someone was intentionally listening.

The packaging for the Bullet Bunny is very basic. It is just a plastic (thin plastic) box which is minimal for storage. It includes a short tray at the bottom that helps the Bullet Bunny stay upright. The sleeve of the toy does rest up against the sides of the box which can make it difficult to remove since the grip of the material makes it stick to the sides. The packaging also includes instructions for inserting the bullet, the batteries, and use on the bottom of the packaging.

The packaging is very classy with a pink/purple color scheme with a small clear window in the front to allow a viewer to see the product itself. It states that the batteries are included and says that this toy will provide "Bush Whacking Bliss". The packaging is not very discreet, but it is classy. I wouldn't recommend this packaging as gift packaging, but it wouldn't be horrible for gifting either - it could just be repackaged better.
