Hot Drop

I really like the shape of the Velvet Drop! It is a more unique and contoured shape than most eggs which is definitely a plus in my book. It is waterproof with four nice, steady settings, and an easy to operate remote control. It's one of the best egg or bullet style vibrators I've ever had. This one is definitely a keeper!

Use

The Velvet Drop is designed for clitoral use, and could be held against the nipples as well. Even with a wired remote control, I still wouldn't recommend it for anal use, however it can be used vaginally if you wish to insert it. It is remote controlled and works well for solo play or partner play. It can also be slid into panties for hands free fun.

The Velvet Drop is made out of PU coated plastic. It is a smooth, contoured egg, which is designed to fit nicely against your clit. It is odorless, hypo-allergenic, latex-free, and phthalates-free. It's a great toy for beginners and advanced users, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice bullet or egg.

Design / Shape / Size

The contoured shaped of the Velvet Drop is designed to hug your clit, and is a very nice feature of this toy. I think that's what sets it apart from other eggs and bullets honestly, and would love to see more toys designed like this one. This is one of the nicest remote controlled eggs I have seen so far. The toy is a light purple color, and while it's not discreet, it is easy to hide and to travel with. It is 3 1/4 inches in length with a diameter of 1 1/4.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Velvet Drop is easy to use with a wired controller that has two buttons. The plus button allows you to move to the next setting, where as the minus button allows you to go back to the previous setting. When you are pushing the buttons, make sure to press them in a bit longer than usual, so the setting change takes. There are four small red lights located above the buttons to indicate which setting you are using. There are four settings, all of which are steady. It requires two AAA batteries, and is completely waterproof. The vibrations feel a little strong to the hand while holding it, but either way it feels nice overall. It's also not very loud, so a little light music should do the trick.

Care and Maintenance

The Velvet Drop is waterproof which makes it easy to clean with soap and water, or your favorite toy cleaner. As it is made of PU coated plastic, it's safe to use either water based or silicone based lubricants with this toy. It is also easy to store in a draw or toy chest, and easy to take with you on vacation.

    Great review. I like how it's not shaped like traditional bullet-eggs. How long was the cord? I have issues with long cords.

    Mine ended up getting damaged so I no longer have it. It's cord was long enough to comfortable use it by yourself or with a partner.

    I believe the cord was about three feet in length. It was a very nice toy with an great cord length, but mine ended up being damaged so I can no longer use it.
