Vibrating prostate massager discontinued

Hums

In all, this one would be adequate for an advanced player, but a beginner might want to take it slow with a couple smaller butt plugs first. A beginner could use this one, albeit taking it slowly, but I wouldn't expect someone new to anal to be able to take this toy fully on their first try.

Use

I found that this toy didn't really make it as a prostate massager for me. It did, however, make a very satisfying vibrator and toy for opening me in preparation for other toys. The thickness at the base helps most with this. A beginner might be too tight for taking this anally, but a more advanced user should have no problem whatsoever.

Material / Texture

This is a TPR item. That means you can use silicone or water-based lubricants. It's a little squishy to the touch, and it isn't overly flexible like some toys I have seen. It has a smooth texture to it, so most of the stimulation is going to come from vibration and thickness instead.

Design / Shape / Size

I think this one suffered most from a few design flaws. The battery compartment doesn't have markings. (You need to use two AAs, one - down and the other + down.) I found that Duracell batteries were easy to slide in and out, but the Rayovacs I had, hung up inside it and were more difficult to remove.

The vibrations seem to focus mostly near the base when it would have been nicer if they could have been focused entirely on the tip. The result with this is that the vibration tends to mainly hit around your hole rather than deep inside you.

I liked the firmness of the toy because it was easy to put my fingers in the two rings near the base and I could push it back in with no trouble whatsoever, unlike some of the more flexible toys, that require you to hold them near the entry point instead.

Performance

While this one didn't really do it for me in the prostate department, the vibrations and thickness quickly opened me with no discomfort whatsoever. Thus, it enabled me to switch effortlessly to the nine-inch dildo I have previously reviewed and which went in easily with no trouble at all after pulling the massager out.

The vibration is pretty standard. One type, with a slow/fast dial that goes from off to the max. Not a lot of options when compared to fancier toys. But the vibrations were enough, in my point of view.

Care and Maintenance

Being TPR, you can use silicone or water-based lubes with this massager. As with nearly all of my lubes, I strongly recommend sticking with water-based lube for all of your items. Unless you are careful enough to make sure you can keep it all separate, you might end up getting a silicone toy drenched in silicone lube (which wouldn't be pretty at all).

To clean it, you can dip the inserted part in warm or hot water, and use mild soap and/or toy cleaner to go over it. Drying it can be a bit of a hassle. I found particles coming off the toy after drying it on my first use. Which isn't a huge deal, but it's something to keep in mind.

For storage, I like to use a box under my bed. It's cool and dry, and dark. And I haven't had a problem with that setup in the years I've been reviewing. The only caution is to make sure your toys don't come into much contact with one another, in order to prevent any unforeseen reactions.

Experience

So as I said, I lubed this one up while sitting on the edge of a chair, so that I could reach down between my legs to insert it. It slid into my anus fairly easily, and was firm enough that I could insert it just by holding the two rings. They were positioned nicely enough to rock the toy in and out from this position. While it was pleasurable, it didn't quite push me to the edge like other toys have done.

After 10 or 15 minutes of teasing with this one, it was easy to pop out and I was lubed up enough that I could easily take the 9" dildo I reviewed a few months back without needing to prelube the toy. It was able to hit the bottom in me with only an inch or so left to hold onto.

All in all, I found this one to be nice enough for a tease and starter toy, just not so much as a finisher.
