The Black Magic bullet is great for use with a partner, alone, or a long hot and steamy bath and shower which is of course my favorite use for any waterproof toy. I took time to test all of the above uses and found myself pleased with the results. I used the Black Magic bullet for nipple, clitoral, and surface anal stimulation and was satisfied that the variables of vibration were not overpowering for certain parts. I even convinced my partner to allow me to test it's stimulation on his penis and balls; he rather enjoyed the vibrations as well. I think the Black Magic bullet will work well for everyone. It has a lower vibration for beginners as well as higher vibrations for the more advanced mind-blowing orgasms many of us look for in a toy. You can use the Black Magic bullet in the bath, shower, or pool or you can just stick to the bedroom. Anywhere you want and anytime you want, this bullet will bring Black Magic into your world.

Oh how smooth and soft the Black Magic bullet feels against the skin. Doc Johnson explains the product to have a velvet touch and it truly does. Running the Black Magic bullet over my skin reminds me of the touch of someones finger, the feeling is very similar. I did and still do notice a slight odor from the toy but nothing too strong. I had to put the Black Magic bullet right up to my nose to notice any smell. The texture makes the bullet have a more realistic feel. The Black Magic bullet is great for any level of user, from beginner to advanced, thanks to the four different levels of intensity on the control tube.

The design of the Black Magic bullet is very sleek and smooth all over, not only is the bullet itself velvety but so is the entire control panel except for the top where there is a silver plated plastic band. The cord is roughly two feet long offering enough separation for worry-free pleasure. The control panel on the Black Magic bullet is flat on the front and back and rounded on the sides with slightly raised control buttons, making them easy to find in the dark or in the depths of a swimming pool. The design worked well for me and was very comfortable to hold and in the palm of my hand. The bullet itself is an average size measuring at roughly two and a half inches long and one inch in circumference, making it perfect for anyone. The Black Magic bullet is easy to hide due to its small size. The only complaint I have about the design is the battery compartment, the first time I placed batteries in the bullet, they actually got stuck and I had to sling them out of the compartment. DO NOT push the batteries down too far or you will have trouble getting them out of the compartment when changing them. The Black Magic bullet is somewhat discreet but definitely, if spotted, would not pass as anything more than what it is. Discreet only in the fact that is is small and convenient to hide away.

When I first started using the Black Magic bullet, I was a little worried because at first the performance did not seem strong enough to send me where I needed to be. However, after playing around with the controls and placement the bullet really did what I needed it to. The vibrations, like with most bullets, can be felt the strongest at the very tip and for a more relaxed vibration tilting to the side or long part of the bullet is the best. The control panel has only four settings ranging from a soft vibration to intense. With only four options and levels of speed, there isn't much to play around with but these four settings should bring the ecstasy you desire, they did for me. I wish that Doc Johnson would have considered a mode feature when making this bullet, but even without that the other features tend to shine through. The controls are easy to use and make a soft click when adjusting them. The Black Magic bullet is actually not as loud as I had suspected it would be due to the previous product information. For the intensity of the vibration, it is quiet. If in a room with the door closed, no one on the outside of the room would hear it. I submerged the entire toy into the water when I used it the first time and it held true to its waterproof label on the outside of the box.

The Black Magic bullet is made of plastic and is phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, and latex free, making it very easy to care for and safe for a wide variety of users. Also, the velvet texture on the outside dries very quickly and holds little to no excess water when wiped off. You can clean this bullet with a toy cleaner, as I do or with just soap and water as a cheaper method. I have been storing this toy in the packaging that it came in; however, this may not be ideal for long term because the box is not extremely sturdy and may become worn after a while. Using oils, water-based or silicone based lubricants will be fine with this bullet making it a versatile toy.

The packaging is minimal and includes no usage instructions other than needing 2 AAA batteries; however, the bullet is so easy to use that an instruction manual is not necessarily needed. I would gift in this packaging but wrapped or placed in a gift bag. The box itself is kind of flimsy and is not recommended for long term storage.

I enjoyed the amount of pleasure I got from the Black Magic bullet, but I did feel I had to be patient with the build-up from the beginning. This bullet is not as strong as the Xtreme series (which I am somewhat spoiled by) but it does get the job done. I would not recommend it for a quickie. I will be keeping this one for a long time and who knows, it may just become my favorite for nights when I don't want to work too hard but want to take my time.
