This is my first wand style massager, and based on reviews I have read from others raving about how much they love this style, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Thrill Wand arrived in a slim, plain white box and was wrapped in plastic with a small instruction manual. This wand is covered in smooth deep black silicone with gold accents. This wand is beautifully made, looks and feels luxurious. Thrill wand is 12” long, weighs 0.4 lbs, and is 2” in width. This massager is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalates-free, plus waterproof if you’re looking to get a little wet and wild.

There was a charge in the wand upon arrival, so I held down the gold power button to cycle through the 8 vibration patterns and increase/decrease the vibration intensity using the + and - on the device. The Thrill Wand was much more quiet than I expected for the power that it provides and would barely be heard through a closed door.

While charging, you will see a slow and intermittent glow - one full charge takes an hour and a half and provides a full hour of use.

First use, I decided to try Thrill Wand out solo to get comfortable with it and get a good feel for the vibration patterns and intensity. Most of my toys are smaller in both length and weight, so it took a little adjusting to get a comfortable grip and apply the right pressure, but the thrill wand did not disappoint. Although it is covered in smooth silicone, I applied a small amount of water-based lubricant, which allowed the Thrill Wand to glide effortlessly along my most sensitive areas. The vibrations are deep and rumbly; there is no buzzy feel from this massager. I have always thought that I needed stronger, more intense vibrations, but I didn’t even need to increase the vibration intensity with this wand. I clicked through the vibration patterns and settled on an escalating pattern which brought me closer and closer to the edge while I grinded and bucked my hips under the power of this wand. I came quickly and hard, and I immediately understood the hype everyone has been talking about…a wand is absolutely a need, and my first experience was a 10/10.

After my first solo use, I did bring this toy out a few more times alone to get the hang of it before bringing it out with my partner. He turned the vibrations off and slowly ran the wand up my torso, down my arm, and then back up my leg before pulling me up on top of him and placing the head of the wand right on my clit. He turned the wand back on, and increased the vibration intensity, and held steady and firm pressure while I rode him, within a minute or two, I was completely overwhelmed by the power in the Thrill Wand, and I was able to orgasm while riding my partner - which is something that I have struggled with. The intense vibrations made it almost impossible to think of anything but the pleasure that I was experiencing; both my partner and I were incredibly impressed with the Thrill Wand.

The vibrations are felt primarily in the head of the device, with only slight vibrations felt in the handle. Thrill Wand provides a strong, deep, and rumbly vibration even on the lowest setting, which only becomes more intense when increased to the medium or high setting for each vibration pattern. The head of this wand is flexible to apply more or less pressure which also changes the feel of the vibration. This wand may be too intense for some but is perfect for those who need strong vibrations in order to get off.

If I had to rate the intensity of my orgasm, I’d give it a 10/10. This toy provides deep and rumbly vibrations and, while powerful, doesn’t leave you feeling sore or numb after the first - and once you experience your first orgasm with Thrill Wand, you’ll be wanting more. Found that a small drop of lubricant helped the massager to glide effortlessly, plus helped to transmit the vibrations more evenly.
