Oh how I love my Venus Bumble Bee!! This is almost the perfect toy, and none of its faults are in its performance. The bumble bee is a strap-on dildo with a vibrating butterfly on the wearer's end. It has an attached control box with multiple settings for a bullet inside said butterfly as well as one inside the 5 inches of dildo. Different combinations change the feel on both ends so you actually get quite a bit more than 5 settings, feel free to do the math yourself. Even with the vibrator off the nubs on the butterfly give the wearer lots of sensation and encourage lots of grinding.

The Bumble Bee is rubber, thats one of its first (and possibly biggest) cons. I normally prefer all of my toys to be body-safe silicone. However it's decent rubber, no plasticy smell or taste and even after significant use it does not get sticky. It is also not sterilazable and care must be taken in washing it (which you would do with antibacterial soap or an appropriate toy cleanser) because of the electrical components. It comes with an attached one size fits most elastic strap harness, which I immediately cut off. The attached harness is flimsy and offers absolutely no stability. However once said harness is off the Bumble Bee fits nicely in any harness that allows for double ended toys. The dildo end is solid but not hard, with enough give to be comfortable anally or vaginally.

The vibrations make strap-on sex intensely orgasmic and the nubs rubbing against my clit make use of this toy as much or more about me as about my partner. Another very minor con is the bumble bee part is on the solid side so very hard thrusting can be uncomfortable. I find grinding works much better, along with slower more deliberate thrusts. The control box tucks well into the waist strap of my harness and the cord has never gotten in the way. Depending on the harness you choose, this also leaves access to some of your pussy and all of your ass.

The rubber material means this is safe for all kinds of lube, although we know oil-based and condoms don't mix of course. One could put a female condom over the wearers end but I think that would greatly interfere, so if you have multiple people wanting to use this fabulous toy your best bet it to have everyone buy their own. It takes 3 AA batteries and is not a terrible battery hog, I replace mine maybe once every other month or so and it sees use several times a week.

I am on my second Bumble Bee now as my first broke. The seal between the two halves separated and water got in during cleaning, causing the vibrator on one side to stop working.
