Sweet obsession euphoric - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Waterfall

The Sweet Obsession Euphoric is a small silicone vibrator that can be used for both external (clitoris, nipples) and internal stimulation. It is also waterproof and runs of a rechargeable battery, which sounds great but I am not really a fan of it (more on that in the performance section). This vibe can work for anyone and due to the size and material there is no concern of injury if you thrust too vigorously. There is no base that makes this one safe for anal use, so that is the only kind of play that I would not recommend with this one.

Euphoric is made of silicone (for the insertable portion) and plastic (for the handle). It is really smooth, but is also firm for most of the shaft because the motor is under this. The head has a little bit of give and because of the smaller size the firmness should not be an issue. I didn't notice a smell when I took this out of the box, which is always a good thing. Silicone is very body safe and easy to care for, so it works for anyone.

There is some slight texture on the shaft that looks like slight wave patterns. It is very gentle and can barely be felt during internal use. It can be felt a little bit for external use if you glide it up and around your clitoris, but it depends on which way you hold it. The texture on this one should not be a problem for anyone no matter what level of user you are.

This vibe was smaller than I was expecting. I am guessing this is because I was not able to see the real size window before I requested it for review. It is a good size for someone who is looking to move up from using a bullet to a smaller insertable toy or those who know they like small toys. It has a diameter of about 1 1/8 inches and is 4 inches insertable. I was able to reach my g-spot, but I couldn't get the stimulation that I really was hoping for and that I usually can get with average and large sized toys.

The shape has a slight curve at the tip that works to get my g-spot warmed up for a larger and more intense toy. I don't think this shape would work well for those who don't know where their g-spot is, so if you are looking to explore g-spot stimulation for the first time I suggest looking elsewhere.

Because this is a pretty small vibe, I think it would be easy to travel with (just take out the batteries to prevent it from turning on in a bag). It looks like a vibrator to me and most likely others as well so it is not very discreet.

Although the vibrations are pretty strong enough for me and the patterns offer something nice for teasing, I have not been able to orgasm with this toy if I start with this toy. This is due to the battery. The battery is rechargeable and both the battery and the charger are included. Don't get too excited yet though. I always make sure that it is fully charged, the light on the charger glows red while charging and blinks green when it is done. I have left it on the charger for about 2-3 hours and the light indicated that it was charged. However, it has died on me almost every time that I have used it! It does not take me long to orgasm, so I was shocked the first time this happened and thought maybe I had charged it incorrectly. When I tried again I had the same problem. The box says that this will run for 1 hour on low and 45 minutes on high. I think it may have to do with how often you switch through the patterns (which you need to do, as I will explain below). Now I know that this one is something I can only use for warm up or when I know I will orgasm in ~15 minutes.

To turn it on, simply press the bottom button. The top button is used to control the patterns. There are 3 levels of continuous vibration, when you turn it on it starts at the highest level so you have to hit the button twice to get to the lowest level. This makes me mad because then to get back to the highest setting you have to go through all of the patterns. The first pattern is really fast pulsing (medium strength), followed by fast pulsing (medium strength), fast but stronger pulsing, strong really fast pulsing (similar to the first pattern), slow pulsing (medium strength), drawn out pulsing, and fast but weak pulsing. In my opinion the patterns don't make sense in order of strength and they are not very different. I enjoyed the stronger ones for teasing but overall I wasn't that impressed with them. Overall, this one is pretty quiet once inside the body or when used under the blankets. If outside of the body and not under the blankets then it might be heard through a closed door.

The box states that this one is waterproof and I have had no issues with water getting inside when I clean it under water, so this is a plus if you want something for shower time. I do not feel comfortable submerging it, so I am not sure how it will hold up to that.

It is easy to clean this because it is silicone. Toy cleaner or wipes and soap and water do the trick. Using a 10% bleach solution to wipe it down can sterilize it for sharing. It should not be boiled because this could damage the motor.

Water based lubricant is the safest bet with silicone toys because there won't be reactions with the material. This keeps the silicone from getting gummy and becoming unsafe.

I keep this stored in the original packaging. It is easy to get to, but I don't use it that often.

This comes in a cardboard box that has a small window for viewing the toy. I would say this is not discreet enough for gift giving. There is information about the material and the toy itself on the back of the box. Inside of the cardboard is a plastic tray that holds the vibe, the battery, and the charger. There is also an instruction manual that gives more info on charging and all those other warnings that come with anything electric. Everything fits and stays in here very nicely and I use it for storage to keep it all together. The box is pretty small so it does not take up too much space.

When I first felt the vibrations on this one I hoped that they would make up for the small size, but I was wrong. If the battery would have lasted then maybe I would have had the chance to see if they were in fact strong enough to make me orgasm, but since I have not had luck I wonder if this toy didn't work for me because it was not strong enough AND the battery didn't last long. I figure if something is strong enough then I should be able to orgasm before it dies... but no such luck here. On occasion I do use this one for warm up because this is an area that it is good at.
