It's Pink!

If you are a girl who likes semi-strong vibrations and things that hit your G-spot, this is the toy for you! It just wasn't strong enough for me. This toy is quiet and waterproof; great for girls who need to be discreet.

Use

Lacey's Waterproof Jelly G is supposed to be used internally for G-spot stimulation. It's "head" is shaped so as to nicely hit the perfect spot. It's a bit bendy, making it possible to hit your G-spot and your clit at the same time. This is probably a female-only toy, as I can't see this really fitting comfortably inside someone's anus. But that's just me. It can be used in a couple scenario, but I think it's best for solo play. It's also waterproof, which is great.

Ideally this vibe can be used both in wet and dry situations.

Material / Texture

The Jelly G is made out of jelly, just as its name suggests. The material is bright pink with the first two inches, including the G-spot section, being smooth jelly. The rest of the shaft is covered in little bumps, which have a very pokey feel to the touch. I think they're placed here for both added grip and sensual texture. The toy itself is flexible, but firm enough that I could definitely use it for G-spot stimulation. The shaft is more flexible than the bit towards the head, making it possible to bend the toy upwards while it's inside. This does place the bumps on the end of the shaft directly on your clit.

A word about the bumps: I read in another review that the bumps hurt. For me, I thought they were okay. I don't really feel that they added to or subtracted from stimulation. Except when I played with the toy on my clit. That area, being more sensitive, it didn't really hurt per say but I can see where more sensitive girls would NOT want this toy.

Because it's made of jelly, there's a slight odor to the toy. I've had mine for three weeks & have chosen it solely (for review purposes!) whenever I play. It still has a slight odor. It's not terrible, though; definitely not strong enough for me to be turned off. It just reminds me that it's a toy, really.

Design / Shape / Size

I like the design. The bumps on the shaft make it a bit easier to hold when everything's slippery & as I mentioned before, I didn't find them to ruin the moment. The "head" is a curvy, bulbous shape. It definitely hit the right spot when slid inside. The entire toy is maybe 8 inches, from very top to very bottom. The controls are in the bottom and are your typical radial dial from low speed to high speed.

I think this is a good toy for a beginner G-spot person. That would be me! It was easy to find the right spot, felt nice, and was firm enough to do the job. It didn't get me to the point, if you know what I mean, but that's probably just me.

Functions / Performance / Controls

As I said, the controls are located in the bottom of the shaft. There's basically a very small bullet vibe in the shaft of the toy. The radial dial goes from low to high, low to the left, high to the right, & all the way to the left turns it off. The very very best thing about this toy is how quiet it is! On full blast, my friend sitting next to me can't hear it. Sometimes, if you bend it a certain way, because the wires shift it'll make a loud noise.

I'm the kind of girl that needs serious vibrations and to be honest, Lacey's Jelly G just didn't do it for me. The highest setting just isn't high enough. It's incredibly close, though. I think, perhaps, if it required double A's instead of triple A's, that might be just the right power boost to get it to perfection.

I did not test this toy in the shower, although I did submerge it completely when washing. Everything stayed nice & dry & functioning properly!

Care and Maintenance

Jelly can't be sanitized! If you want to share, you must use a condom! Really, that's not a huge big deal as safety is important. The bumps at the bottom kind of making cleaning a bit of a chore as things get, err, trapped. Remember that you can't use harsh soaps on jelly, so toy cleaner really is best.

Packaging

Lacey's Jelly G came in a snap blister pack. As in, the kind that you can snap apart. It was sealed, but was opened very easily. You could use the packaging for storage, but it is kind of bulky.

Experience

This vibrator was almost perfect!! It JUST wasn't strong enough, & for me that's a huge deal breaker. It was almost annoying, in fact. I really do like using this toy internally & I'm hoping I'll get my first G-spot orgasm! I think for me, I'll need to add another toy to use externally.
Follow-up commentary
I still feel very meh on this vibe. I still use it on occasion, I like it's shape but the texture at the base is mildly uncomfortable and really difficult to clean. And the lack of power in the vibrations STILL drives me crazy!

This would be a fairly dangerous anal toy because of the lack of a proper flared base and the head of the toy would be a bit uncomfortable I imagine as well! It just doesn't scream 'Butt Toy' does it?
The jelly toys always have such interesting textures and curves...I wish my crabby Lady Bits weren't so irritated by jelly toys.
