iVibe rhythm rabbit - g-spot rabbit vibrator discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by LadyAurora

The iVibe is certainly visually impressive. It's a large clear, white and red rabbit vibe. It has a large control area and the girth looks impressive. But looks are deceiving. This vibe tapers heavily from base to tip. And since it is a rabbit vibe, the insertable length isn't very much. From 10 1/4" length, only 6" are insertable, and the girth is 4 1/4" circumference. Now I do realize that isn't exactly small, but it wasn't large enough for me.

The iVibe Rhythm Rabbit is made of silicone. It's waterproof (according to labeling) and contains no phthalates. The control panel has seven buttons. Two control the speed of the rabbit (8 speeds), two for the speed of the rotating disks (8 speeds again), and three that control patterns.

Description of patterns from packaging:
Function One - Clit stimulator vibrates while head rotates and pleasure disks swirl.
Function Two - Clit stimulator creates slow, relaxed vibration while head pivots right to left, front to back.
Function Three - Clit stimulator pulses in short, quick motions as the head swings to and fro... right along with your own.

On the second pattern, the clit stimulator vibrates first one direction, then the other, in time with the change in head rotation. The patterns look interesting, when you aren't actually using it. However, they fall flat. The only thing you really feel when using it is the vibration of the rabbit. That's provided you can even get the rabbit to comfortably hit the clitoris in the first place.

The iVibe does come with general instructions of how to insert the batteries. That's it, outside of the packaging. The packaging lets you know that this needs 4 AA batteries, which are not included. The packaging is also non-recyclable.

I was disappointed by this vibe. This is my first rabbit (shocking I know), and I was hoping to find out why they are so popular. I'm afraid I didn't get that. The silicone smells strongly. The rotation of the shaft, I couldn't feel it at all. The clitoral stimulation was okay. But, I am apparently over-sensitive clitorally and I found this put me over within scant seconds. Even so, it left me completely unsatisfied and asking "that's it?" The only really fun thing was putting the batteries in and checking out the different settings. They look cool. Too bad that's the only thing.
