To begin, this vibe had a rather strong smell. For the most part, the smell went away after cleaning the vibe before use. This also brings up the fact that this vibe is completely waterproof, which makes it much easier to wash and makes bath time fun. The toy is made of jelly, so do not share it unless you have condoms on hand. Another warning with jelly is that it cannot be entirely sterilized like many other toy substances - so keep this in mind when buying. I simply give it a good spritz with my toy cleaner, then give it a once over with a clean rag. If you want, you can use water for cleaning as this toy is also waterproof! Just be sure NOT to use heavy soaps or place the toy in boiling water - BAD IDEA! You could melt it, and not in a cool twisty design like you see it in the picture. Overall, the construction of the vibe seems solid and well put together. The battery compartment is easy to figure out and includes a battery cradle that made the whole process of inserting the batteries much easier than is typical for most toys.

The toy takes 3 AAA batteries, which provide a decent amount of power. The clitoral stimulator vibrates with a vengeance, even on the lower settings. It is also, unfortunately, extremely loud. The shaft rotates and vibrates with a decent amount of power, though I did find the shaft rotation slowed and even stopped sometimes when my internal muscles clenched around it.

The controls were easy and difficult to use at the same time. There were separate controls for the vibration and for the rotation, each with three intensity settings. The vibration controlled both the shaft and the clitoral stimulator, while the rotation affected the shaft alone. There was also a button to change the rotation of the shaft. The difficulty in using these controls was from the buttons. The five buttons were all the same size and shape and were not well raised, making them somewhat hard to find when your concentration is, well... elsewhere.
