Magic slim precious paddle - g-spot vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by Ajax

The Precious Paddle is meant to be used as a G-spot stimulator. Its slight curve and textured head make it look and feel like a promising toy. It can be used alone, or you could have a partner use it on you. It's great when trying to be discreet. It works very well as a clitoral stimulator because of the nubs at the top. It is easily used as a clitoral stimulator during sex because of it's long tapered shaft. The soft textured material feels quite nice around the nipples and other extra sensitive areas so it would also be a good toy to tease with. I would definitely not recommend it as an anal toy because of how soft and flimsy the toy is.

The Precious Paddle is made of TPE. It is phthalates-free, hypo-allergenic and latex free. It is very smooth and flexible. The base and the battery console are made of a hard plastic. The paddles shaft is smooth all the way up with a small nubbed area at the top. I really liked how smooth and squishy it was. I found that the material had a very slight plastic/varsal-ish smell to it even after it was washed. It was not really an offensive smell and it didn't rub off on anything like my skin or clothes. I only noticed it when I held the toy right up to my nose and since I don't plan to put the toy in my mouth it doesn't bother me at all. :P

The paddle is a little more than 8" long (about 8 1/4") from the top of the tip to the bottom of the base. If you inserted it all the way until where the battery cap starts you would be able to insert 7" inches of the toy. The shaft gets thinner and curves upwards as it travels from the base towards the tip of the toy. The thickest place is just above the base which measures around 1 1/2" in diameter. The bullet is housed in the tip of the toy which makes the stimulation direct. The tip is roughly the size and shape of a thumb with a bunch of small nubs for texture. The nubs are not right on the top, but more to the side so that they will rub against your G-spot when inside. The precious paddle is extremely light weight and stores easily in small places.

This toy has three different vibration levels. Low, medium, high. All three levels are rather low vibrations. The power and levels are changed and controlled by pressing a small button that is located at the bottom in the middle of the battery cap. I like the button because you don't have to worry about accidentally changing the setting while you're using it and it's only a few quick clicks to get back to a setting. It takes two AAA batteries to power. The batteries are inserted at the bottom by twisting off the cap and inserting them into a removable housing. The little piece you place them into can only go back into the toy one way.

The Precious Paddle is amazingly quiet on all three of the levels. There's not a chance anyone would know what you were up to.

The paddle is also suppose to be waterproof although I never had a chance to check this function out because I cracked the seal before I got that far.

It can be cleaned with soap and warm water or with toy cleaner. It should not be boiled or washed in the dishwasher because of it's electric components. It can be used with Water or Silicone lubes. I used it with a water based lube and it was pleasant enough that I will continue to use it with the water based lube. The packaging even suggests a water based lube "for maximum pleasure".

The packaging is very simple. It has a picture of two people on it and lists the main features of the toy such as the fact that is has three speeds and that it is waterproof. I would have liked more instructions on care and storage or for the instructions they do include to be a little bigger as this toy is definitely better suited for someone new to toys. Their instructions for cleaning and suggestions on type of lube are in smaller print on the back which could be easily over looked.

I was very excited to get this one. I haven't tried too many toys yet and this one looked very non threatening. The package was simple, but not simple enough that you wouldn't know it was for a sex toy. I took it out and squeezed the material. It felt so smooth and flexible in my hands. My boyfriend kept saying that it was too flimsy, but I really liked that it moved around so much. I was more and more excited the longer I waited and the longer I inspected the toy.

When I went to use it, I had one heck of a time getting the base to unscrew so that I could put the batteries in. I squeezed and twisted as hard as I could, but I couldn't get it off. I waited for my boyfriend to get home and then I got him to try to open it. He had a hard time too, but he finally got it off. I thought maybe it was just first time stubbornness, but the next time I tried to open it I had the same problem. I'm able to open it fine now, but it was a struggle the first few times. Maybe I was just being to cautious and over tightening? I've never had a problem with any of my other toys though. It was so hard it felt hardly worth removing the batteries. I'm glad it's easier now, but I used it a few more times and due to my struggles with the battery cap I eventually ended up cracking the seal that held the TPE to the plastic of the battery chamber. The toy still works fine, but now I have to be twice as careful when removing the cap so that I don't let the battery housing twist inside the toy when I'm trying to get the cap of. I'm just nervous that I might pull the wires out and without the vibrations this toy is useless. I also never got a chance to use it in the water and I'm not comfortable enough to chance it now that the seal is cracked. Super disappointing :(

When I used the toy the vibrations were gentle (very very low to mild) and the toy tapered so I could start small and work my way both deeper and thicker. I thought this was a great feature for someone as new to these toys as myself. A great way to build comfort. The vibrations felt good, but they weren't strong enough to do the job all on their own. I didn't really notice the nubs at all once it was inside either. The toy was incredibly quiet. When I gave it to my boyfriend to use on me I actually had to ask him if it was turned on yet or not before he put it inside, which it was. I thought some of my other toys were quiet, but they have nothing on this thing. I think the paddle might be a great addition if you use multiple toys when masturbating. It's strong enough to add to your pleasure but not strong enough that it will take your attention from the other toys you're using. The nubs on this toy and the fact that the bullet is right in the tip make it great for clitoral stimulation, but there are obviously smaller toys that are easier to handle and better suited for that. I thought I was going to love this toy, it looked so promising, but after using it I was left a little unsatisfied.

While this toy was not a favorite for me, someone who really enjoys the gentler vibrators would probably find this toy quite pleasing. I would also recommend this to someone who has never had a toy before because of it's discreetness (sound wise), low vibrations and shape. It's not bad for a starter toy.
