It is a big one... all 10" of it. I use it mainly in the vagina, and it is deep enough to stimulate the 'A' spot near the cervix while the clit attachment is busy pummeling the clit and feeling good. It can be used in different ways, on the nipples and anally and I myself use toys in different ways. I turn it upside down so that the clit attachment went into the vagina and the shaft was on my clit. Felt oh-so-good with the beads rolling around in the shaft across my clit.

Since the clit attachment goes very fast, it would feel good stimulating the nipples. It would be good for anal too since it cannot get lost in the anus.

Since it is so long and can go deep, beginners may want to think twice before getting it.

The description says TPR is used for the toy, which seems to be pretty safe. The TPR extends 2/3 of the toy, the top part. It does not mention the plastic part used for the base, covering the batteries. There was no taste or smell, but I was disappointed in the plastic part. I really had a hard time breaking into the battery part since there was no distinct demarcation of the cover. I was afraid I would break it. The second time I opened it, a piece of plastic did come off, but it must have been unimportant since it worked just as well. I used a knife to open it the first time, but was afraid of 1. slicing myself or 2. breaking the toy. That time I did neither, thank goodness.

I love the design since it is long enough to stimulate and not extremely thick, except at the base which is only for the controls. The toy is somewhat long, so I could not use my toy chest. I have it in a long plastic drawer.

The controls are on the plastic part of the machine. There are two dials side by side, one controlling the turning and swiveling of the shaft; the other one turns the vibrator attachment on and off. A third button controls which way the shaft turns.

The vibrations seem to be all located near the clit vibrator.
The clit vibrator seems to be the best for me since it can be used in the varied ways you think up. I don't mean the shaft is bad, reaching down so far and hitting just the right nerve.

The controls are easy to use, but sometimes they accidentally turn on, which is why it is a good idea if you travel with the toy to take the batteries out. It is medium noisy, and not waterproof.

Since the main part is TPR, a condom is recommended, especially if sharing. Or you can use the antibacterial soap and plenty of hot water or a toy cleaner. It is too long to store where I keep my regular toys; so I keep it separately in a special drawer.
