Oh Geez...

The Plushee G is certainly soft and plushy, but the material seems to dull the otherwise strong vibrations, and it makes quite the racket due to the batteries wiggling around inside.

Pros
Seven functions, relatively strong, and with easy to use controls.
Cons
It is loud, and the vibration patters are a strange blend of start and stop.

The Plushee G is a very straightforward toy. Slim and purple, the Plushee G is a standard rod-like vibrator with a soft and squishy outer shell made of a body-safe, pthalates-free TPR silicone. Although this is a fairly standard design for vibrators, the Plushee G does it well, as the TPR outer casing is fused completely and neatly to the base, with no real seam to cause any sort of cleaning troubles.

The hard plastic base of the Plushee G twists open to reveal a cavity that will accommodate two AA batteries. The cavity is quite wide for AA batteries, but this space is reduced somewhat with some hard plastic fins/ridges that direct the batteries into the correct alignment. Unfortunately, however, the batteries are still able to rattle around because of the fact that the space is too big. Additionally, the fact that the batteries are cushioned with hard plastic fins means that the batteries really rattle around loudly when the toy vibrates. This toy is loud – not the sort of loud that one will have to explain to neighbors, but pretty darned close.

The Plushee G turns on via a push button on its base. The packaging promises seven different vibration settings – ranging from vibration to escalation to pulsation. Indeed, when the button is pushed the Plushee G immediately goes from zero to hero – buzzing constantly and strongly at what is presumably it's highest setting. Another tap on the button sends it into a series of low level pulses. The other five settings, however, are a little bit confusing. One starts with fast pulses, then switches to a low level hum, before finishing with a medium level of hum and then repeating. Another pattern starts with pulses that vary sporadically in speed, intensity and duration. Yet another still beings with intense buzzing and slowly works its way down to a low buzz and all the way back again. The last two settings are the most perplexing – one features pulses and inordinately long pauses, while the other mixes pulsing with really long stretches of plain vibration. These patterns make it very difficult to masturbate with the Plushee G, especially the five patters that switch around like crazy. Add this to the fact that power wise, the Plushee G is quite dilute....well...

Power wise, the Plushee G pumps out a good buzz when running at it's top level (the only constant vibration level), but in general the vibrations dilute out too much through the TPR to really be appreciated by a pickier clitoris. Additionally, this toy is not too exceptional a G-spot toys - the tp, although wide and soft and capable of conducting vibration simply does not hit the G-spot without any advanced solo acrobatics.

Plushee G is waterproof, so it can go into the shower and can be rinsed after use without too mush worry. Remember, of course, that TPR cannot be sterilized, so no sharing without a condom. Also, the base features no flare, so this is clearly not an anal toy.

Cleaning the Plushee G is quite easy – but again, it cannot be sterilized. Just a quick soap up and rinse will have it looking as good as new in your nightstand. Because TPR loves to pick up stray hairs and dust, storing this toy in a plastic bag or in a soft cloth could be a wise ides.
Follow-up commentary
I just re-read this review and it reminded me of how bad this toy really was.

I say "was" because a few days after I wrote my review I was feeling particularly frisky so I dug it out again to give it a "fresh chance" when I was in a really receptive mood. Well, in addition to being loud, moderately strong, and terrible for hitting my g-spot, I discovered that the material was weak enough to pick up a scratch or two from...well....who knows where, actually. Granted, I probably should have stored it in a soft cloth or plastic bag, but seriously, I have had other TPR toys that didn't pick up nicks and tears this easily! Running my thumb over the scratch, it split deeper and wider with little effort on my part. That was enough for me - I decided that this vibe's proper place was in with my electronic waste. Give this one a pass, boys and girls, it's not worth even a second glance.

I should have given this product 1 star, because this morning I picked it up and noticed that the sleeve material was splitting in various spots - maybe my cat chewed on it or scratched it or something. At any rate, I pushed the sleeve around a little bit and the splits grew larger - this is a poorly made product and not worth whatever price it costs.
