I’ve tried a few other rabbit vibes|Rabbit Vibrators before; all jelly vibes. Since I’m not a fan of jelly, I was very interested in this silicone-made Pure Vibes rabbit|Rabbit vibrators: Pure vibes blue rabbit. I opened the box and noticed immediately the absence of any plastic smell that usually accompanies new sex toys. Silicone truly does not smell whatsoever like plastic the way some toys do.

The craftsmanship of the Pure Vibes rabbit is really good in many ways. The battery compartment has a slide-out battery cartridge that holds all of the batteries, making battery insertion much easier than rabbit vibes I have used before. It is a waterproof design and feels solid and well-built in your hands and has a good weight to it.

The rabbit part is funny; he is hunched over and ready to begin work on your clitoris in what looks like a rather dutiful posture. His ears are actually separated, and really long and rubbery feeling. The rabbit part has its separate controller with 3 speeds available. When I first turned on the rotating shaft, it let out a high pitched whine but once it began moving it went away and hasn’t happened again. Visually, I was not very impressed by the rotating shaft. I wondered what the point of the ripples was. It does have a nice button that switches up the direction though. It has 3 variable speeds just like the rabbit part.

While I found speed 3 of the rotating shaft to be just a tad slow, it was definitely strong and stimulated the g-spot|G-Spot Stimulation better than I thought it would. It isn’t very loud either. The way this rabbit is positioned, he is neither too high nor too low. His ears are so long that you can’t miss them and they vibrate separately which feels very nice on the clitoris. The rabbit’s 3 speeds are steady and definitely stimulating. The silicone was warm and squishy very quickly ,and I found that within just a few minutes and a few choice strokes I actually was squirting a little and coming a lot! I have been looking for a rabbit vibe that would do that for me for a long time (not all of them are built the same) so I was pretty happy with this one. I think it feels better than jelly and the motor feels well built. It could not have taken me more than 3 minutes to come.

I do sort of miss the rotating pearl action that some rabbits have. A little extra stimulation for the vaginal area along with it being a 4 AA battery toy instead of 3 AA (to add a little more juice) would have put this toy over the top. I would still recommend this toy to anyone however, it’s a real good bunny.

If I could rate the shaft 2 bees and the rabbit 3 bees, I would.

How does this actually compare to the gel rabbits?

It probably performs about the same. Silicone does not have a strong plastic odor like the jelly products which is something I prefer for sure. Some of the jelly ones might take 4 AA batteries instead of 3 like this one did- and a little extra power would have made this vibe even better than it already is.

Silicone is sooo much better than jelly, you're never going to find a silicone toy with a funky smell (at least I hope not) because they aren't made with the same odorous chemicals. I was curious about this one for a long while, thanks for the review :)
