The best use for this vibe is vaginally. Anally, you have to be super careful that you don't lose it because there is no flared base; I can't imagine a toy this rigid would be at all enjoyable that way. Because of the vibrations being located close to the tip, it provides stronger stimulation, especially in combination with the bumps. It can be used solo or by couples, and by beginners or more advanced users.

There are no odd smells or tastes. It's hard plastic, so it's very rigid. Instead of a smooth vibe, this one has a flared head and a few rows of bumps which added stimulation and made the vibrator more enjoyable. The texture is suitable for all. Because of the hard plastic, it isn't porous and doesn't have issues with getting sticky or collecting everything it comes in contact with.

The design has promise: a flared head and bumps going an inch or so down the shaft. The size is decent, probably okay for beginners. The design proves to be quite enjoyable during use, but because of the hard plastic, it is obviously very rigid so that can go both ways depending on the person. It is probably not a great choice for travel, as it's on the longer side but it could easily be hidden under pillows, blankets, etc. in the bedroom or fit inside a drawer. No trouble with hiding or storing.

It is easy to turn on: a basic twist dial on the base to turn on and change vibration strength. Because the plastic is clear (though colored, like in the picture), you can still see everything inside and see that the vibrations are located right below the flared tip, further assisted by the bumps in the plastic. The toy is very quiet, especially compared to most other vibrators. It is waterproof, but since the base screws on to get access to the battery area, you shouldn't submerge it, as you might damage it.

It is really simple to care for, since the toy is plastic. Soap and water or toy cleaners work just fine, and it's compatible with all types of lubes. Also simple to store, since it is hard plastic and won't react with other toys.
