The Lucid Dream #7 is primarily a g spot vibrator, but it can be used on other sensitive areas like your clit and nipples, as well. With some bravery and patience you could work this unique shape into anal play.
You could use it alone or with a partner, but I always preferred to have this one to myself. Since this vibrator has a hand held control instead of the typical twist dial at the bottom, I spent less time worrying I'd turn it off or higher while I was enjoying myself and more time getting off.
The jelly material means you can be a little rough with it and not worry too much about hurting yourself. It's pliable while still being firm. The vibrator itself is placed a little counter-intuitively. I would have expected it to be on the end, but when I was actually using it I had no complaints. The vibrations travel nicely and evenly though the body of the toy. Curves are in all the right places, and if they aren't, a twist of your wrist will easily remedy it.
You could travel with this, but it wouldn't be discreet with the controller attached to it. Otherwise, you might be able to get away with saying you were carrying an art piece with you.
The shape seems to frighten some of the people who I've talked to that are new to sex toys. This is what I bought myself for my first vibrator, and I didn't have any problems with it.
The controls are located on a small handset that is attached to the vibrator by a cord at the base. I prefer vibrators that do this because it's more convenient to how I like to masturbate, which is on my stomach. It has four speeds that are all fairly quiet. The first one I could hardly feel, and the fourth was too intense for me. I think the vibration range is good for people who aren't into vibrators that are reminiscent of jackhammers. If you are, this isn't a toy for you.
I always washed it with antibacterial soap. I'm not sure if it was the soap I was using or just the toy, but it started to peel apart a little near the base. Shortly after this, the cord for the controls ripped out of the bottom, so definitely be gentle with that. Make sure other toys aren't stored touching this one, because they may cause an indention.
Follow-up commentaryI don't like it anymore2 months after original review
It served me well for a first vibrator, but I don't know that I would take another. I've since encountered sturdier, more effective toys. I would definitely recommend this shape and a hand held controller to beginners. I'm not sure that I would advise them to go with a Doc Johnson product, though. In my experience their products have been cheaply made and break easily.

It's such a good idea for a toy, though.
