The Lil' Teaser Sassy by California Exotic Novelties is a cute little silicone one speed vibrator that really shines as a stimulator. It is made of soft, squishy silicone and has a hard plastic handle shaped as a cap and ring at the base. The cap and ring are one piece molded together so it is rigid rather than being able to swing free. The cap screws onto the toy and is the head of the battery housing unit. It has an unusual design; in that the toy will not turn on unless the cap is screwed on tightly and the cap is also the way to turn the vibrator on! This is a one speed toy and that speed is perfect for players who like medium-high vibrations and a higher pitch. This isn't a toy that will cause most clitorises to go numb and the vibrations are carried fairly evenly through the tip and body of the toy.

The toy is approximately 3 1/4 inches long from tip to top of the ring with the ring adding an additional 1/4 inch, and has a diameter of 1 inch making this a very small slender toy. It weighs in at a mere 2.5 oz! It is a beautiful shade of purple with the cap being just slightly darker.

The Sassy is non-porous, phthalates free, hypo-allergenic, made of food grade materials, and latex free. It has some really cute features and textures on it. The tip of the toy is shaped vaguely like a penis and down the shaft is a series of lines and then what look like ruffles. The textures are a bit too subtle to be felt when inserted but are visually appealing. The Lil' Teaser is soft and gentle enough for the newest player. It won't cause even the most sensitive of vaginas discomfort and can provide great feedback for Kegel exercises. Sassy is small and may not appeal to those players that like girth and/or length to their thrusting toys.

This is a fairly discreet toy as it can be tucked away virtually anywhere and won't raise too many eyebrows at airport terminals! It isn't totally silent and can be easily heard in the room. When laid on a bed in a fairly large bedroom it could be heard through the door, but when tucked under the blankets it could not be heard through the door. It won't wake the baby but it might keep a bed partner awake. The sound isn't a screechy, high pitched vibe but more of a medium tone.

The packaging on this toy is fun, bright and cheerful. The Sassy is clearly visible in the clear plastic box but it's not particularly indiscreet or offensive. The package has pink, blue, and purple leaves artfully drawn on the box and the name of the toy is clearly visible in purple fancy print as "Lil' Teaser". The package advises that the toy is waterproof, made of pure silicone, has intense power and is made by California Exotic Novelties. The toy is nestled in a clear, molded plastic, slide out tray and just above the toy is one "N" battery! Very convenient since they are somewhat difficult to find, though Walgreens, Radio Shack and EdenFantasys carries them.

Also in the box is a pamphlet printed in several languages detailing the proper care and upkeep of the toy, suggestions and warnings on how to use the toy, as well as the fact that water based lube is the only lube recommended. The pamphlet also warns that the toy should be left to cool down after use.

Since the Lil' Teaser Sassy is made of silicone it isn't hard to keep clean. Though you can't boil this particular toy, you could pour boiling water over the toy carefully. It is waterproof, but has a motor that could get damaged by excessive heat. A good washing with mild soap and water followed by a spritz with a commercial toy cleaner will keep your toy sparkling. Though the toy is non-porous, it should still be wiped down or washed before sharing, a condom or a toy cleaner towelette would make this chore much easier!

The Sassy doesn't have a button or slide to turn on the toy, you simply tighten the cap down and it automatically turns on. I found this a bit awkward when trying it in the shower since it meant I had to get into the shower with it already running. It's a weird pet peeve of mine but there you have it.
It only has one speed, which is ok for a clitoral stimulator in my opinion; but as a thrusting or g-spot toy it's a bit hit or miss as to whether it will have enough oomph to do the deed. For me it was ok, but didn't lead to a screaming orgasm; so if you like speed and/or a deeper thrumming vibration this toy isn't going to deliver for you. Speaking of g-spotting, this is a short toy so unless your spot is really close to the opening of your vaginal canal this isn't going to do it for you, likewise if you need an angled neck on your toy or really precision pressure. It's still great for stimulating various areas and can work as a clitoral vibe.
The insert is a generic one meant to be used with various products and does call this toy an anal safe one. I am unconvinced that the tiny ring on the end is going to be able to stop the toy from being sucked in; so, if you do use it as an anal toy, please use extreme caution. You loop a long piece of soft ribbon or leather through the ring in a nightingale knot just in case but for me this just isn't safe enough to go inside my rump.
For me this doesn't have enough girth or length to be a good thrusting toy, but was excellent as a stimulator. The speed was ok; it got me off but it didn't take my breath away.

This is one tough little toy. I heard an odd sound and my 9 month old giggling, which any parent knows is a BAD sign. When I walked into the room he had gotten into my toy bag that I use when travelling and removed several vibes. He was busy chewing on this one and beating it against the wall. After all that abuse this little baby didn't have a scratch on it and fired up like a champ. All the bending and munching hadn't even caused it to hesitate! Definitely a bargain for those of us who are just a bit rougher on our toys.
